ZERO CONDITIONAL

IF CLAUSE MAIN CLAUSE


If + present simple Present simple
e.g.: If it rains the ground is wet
(si llueve el suelo está mojado)

FIRST CONDITIONAL

If + present simple Future simple
e.g.: If Michael eats a lot of sweets he will have stomach-ache
(Si Miguel come muchas chuches tendrá dolor de tripa)
