Introduction
The Real Stars Multi Gaming Organization is a South African professional gaming clan that is primarily focused on the
global phenomenon, eSports. The Real Stars MGO or TRS eSports started around mid November 2014, which at the time
only existed as an idea that a few likeminded individuals dedicated their time towards and pursued. Today the same idea
has grown into a competitive team capable of taking on the best South Africa has to offer. Currently competing in the V/S
Gaming League, with near future plans to explore all avenues within the South African eSports market. This will include all
annual leagues cups and tournaments such as Online Arena - ORENA, nAv.TV, Mind Sports South Africa - MSSA, Mweb
GameZone, and many more. As eSports continues to rapidly grow in South Africa and establishes itself as a viable and
lucrative industry, our goal is to ensure that The Real Stars Multi Gaming Organization has a consistent role to play within
this market. Developing and paving a way for South African eSports.

What is eSports& Why Monetize It?

Electronic Sports abbreviated as eSports or E-Sports, is the practice of playing digital competitive video games in game specific tournaments,
competitions and leagues. eSports was previously known as Professional Gaming.

With thousands of tournaments each year this outrageous phenomenon has taken over our world like an invasion. Inspiring millions of young
men and women to either participate in or spectate eSports. The world’s best professional gamers play for millions of dollars in prize money
and have contracts with billion dollar corporations to do something that millions of people love and enjoy.

The reason why eSports has become such a successful venture for thousands of well knows brands and companies around the world, is due to
the fact that the video game industry has outpaced the music and film industries in terms of revenue and sales. This simply means that video
gaming is the largest entertainment industry in the world.

Once realized, it becomes easy to understand how turning the most competitive video game titles in this industry into a spectator “sport” for
millions of hardcore fans worldwide, can create the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to market a brand to a new and enthusiastic
audience.

TRS eSports is more than just a team of gamers, we are an essential part of the South African eSports community. Reaching out to fans,
enthusiasts, and other likeminded gamers to educate and assist anyone that may be interested or willing to learn about and understand this
industry. This is necessary to ensure that eSports continues to grow and expand, reaching new heights and becoming an industry of choice for
anyone in need of reaching a new market.

By using social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, our website,and attending social events such as tournaments, competitions,
boot camps, and LAN events, we are able to interact with the South African eSports community on every level. This includes actively being
involved in eSports related forums, video content production and much more.

We have recently launched our Academy.TRS program, which caters for inexperienced and upcoming players who are willing to get involved in
eSports. This has yielded some impressive results with TRS eSports already preparing TRS.AC Dota 2, a new and upcoming team of Dota 2
athletes for the V/S Gaming League 2018 Qualifiers.

company within an industry created by technology we can reach an online audience greater than that of television and radio. We are

A Tiered Sponsorship System for Partners

 Tier One (Affiliation – Discounted rates on products or services, once off gear or peripherals produced for TRS eSports)

1. Company brand and logos will be displayed on our website.

2. Company brand and logos will be displayed on our team apparel.
3. Company brand and logo will be displayed during live streams and video content via services like Twitch.
4. Company brand will be listed on our social media as an affiliated brand.

 Tier Two (Sponsorship – Gear and peripherals produced, financial contribution towards transportation, accommodation, entrance
fees, and meals if needed for social events, low cost affordable internet bundles for players that cannot afford internet)

1. Includes everything from tier one.

2. Company brand will be listed as a sponsorship on player’s individual social media pages and outlets.
3. Promotion of company via all social event shout outs and only major brand articles, sales and events.
4. Business card distribution and overview information will be provided to anyone that is interested in your brand.
5. Company brand will be listed and displayed on our company Linkedin page as well as displayed on YouTube videos.

 Tier Three (Partnership – Team salary paid into TRS eSports bank account monthly of no less than R50 000.00 Per Annum)

1. Includes everything from tier one and tier two.

2. Exclusivity, we will not sign any deal with any company that is in your market.
3. Full interaction with all brand specific information, writing of articles, reviews, unboxings, interviews, videos, guides, and more.
4. Full social event brand specific assistance and recommendation over any other market related brand.
5. Inclusion in any TRS eSports related events or promotions.
6. Inclusion of company brand logo on TRS eSports email signatures.
