Compression is often required to boost gas

pressure in applications such as reinjection,
pipeline transport, gas lift, vapor recovery
and fuel gas boosting. VME Compression
offers a full range of reciprocating and rotary
compressor systems to suit onshore projects,
fixed platforms and floating offshore projects,
constructed in our full compressor shop at our

Produced Water
Treatment Systems
Each of our Produced Water Treatment Systems are
custom-designed to meet our client’s requirements.
Produced water coming from upstream separators
is collected and degassed in a 3-phase Degasser.

Next, oil is removed by a hydrocyclone. The cleaned

water is then sent to a Flotation Vessel — either
Induced Gas or Dissolved Gas Flotation — for further
polishing.

The treated water from the Flotation Vessel can

then be reinjected into the well or discharged
overboard, while the recovered oil will be further
processed.

Systems help optimize the recovery of oil by
making seawater suitable for injection into the
reservoir in order to maintain reservoir pressure
over time.

What We Do
VME provides custom-designed equipment,
skids or modules to treat seawater using 1 Automatic Coarse Filters
