The evil Pharma industry and the doctor lobby have

long tried to suppress Ozone, as this magic gas will put
all of them out of business.
Today the hospitals in India are full because of indisriminate chemical use. Chlorine in
municipal water can kill pathogens, but it also affects human health.
On Chemical tankers we have huge Nitrogen plants. The oxygen is filtered out by
pressure swing adsorbsion or by membrane and balance is Nitrogen, which we use in
cargo tanks to prevent explosions, to exclude moisture or to prevent oxidation of cargo.
This huge quantity of filtered out oxygen is wasted. Quite a few times I tried wring to
kingpins who matter in the Marine business, about channeling this oxygen into a
chamber , passing though an electric corona and extracting ozone.
It would make life much easier on board at sea. Cargo tank preparation, including colour
removal and de-odourising will be a piece of cake. Sometimes no matter how much you
clean Stainless steel tanks the odour of previous cargo ( Ex: Pygas, fish oil etc ) remains.
Time is lost by ventilation. Sometimes when you ventilate moisture builds up due to
condensation. Sailors slog like idiots.

In the ozone generator, a corona-discharge element is present, which provides a

capacitive load. Ozone is produced from oxygen as a direct result of electrical discharge.
This corona-discharge ruptures the stable oxygen molecule and forms two oxygen
radicals.

elevators or hydraulic pumps, will generate more ozone than smaller motors.
Ozone is also widely used in treatment of water in aquariums and fish ponds. Its use can
minimize bacterial growth, control parasites, eliminate transmission of some diseases,
and reduce or eliminate "yellowing" of the water. Ozone must not come in contact with
fish's gill structures. Ozone is also added to recirculating systems to reduce nitrite levels
through conversion into nitrate.
USDA and FDA have approved ozone for use with food meant for human consumption.
Ozone is used for de-odourizing. The third oxygen atom of ozone makes it extremely
reactive. This atom readily attaches itself to other odor molecules. When contaminants
such as odors, bacteria or viruses make contact with ozone, their chemical structure is
changed to less odorous compounds. As more ozone attacks the remaining compounds,
the odor is eventually destroyed. Ozone will not mask odors - It destroys them!.This
process is called oxidation.

be detected by humans for it to be effective. Ozone can work even when humans are not
able to smell it. Several regulatory agencies, including the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration (OSHA), have stipulated that the safe allowable level of residual is
0.1 ppm (parts per million). Note that this permissible level is for continuous exposure
throughout an entire 8 hour day. The odor of ozone is detectable by most people at a
level of 0.003 - 0.015 ppm .

Although ozone is only partially soluble in water, it is sufficiently soluble and stable such

pull ozone gas into the device. Then, using mixing vanes the gas is thoroughly mixed
with the water.
When ozone gas is injected into water at higher pressures more force will be placed on
the wall of that gas bubble. This force will allow ozone to dissolve into water more
efficiently.
Ozone at higher concentrations will dissolve into water more efficiently than ozone at

sanitizers to the existing layers of microbes. These layers of microbes can continue to
grow, and become more resistant to sanitizers over time making sanitation more difficult
if proper sanitation is not achieved on a regular basis.
These resistant bio-films are most common in cracks, crevices, and corners of food
processing equipment that are only sanitized periodically. In fact if you go to your own
kitchen you can see such black biofilm build up in cracks near the wash basin and tiling
grooves.
Microorganisms such as E.coli can build resistance to chlorine over time. A major
drawback of chlorine and other chemicals is the harsh effect they have on equipment
made of metals and wood. Equipment, walls, floors, drains, tanks, tubs, racks, knives, and
tables can all be sprayed with aqueous ozone, destroying all bacteria, viruses, fungi, and
spores.
No other sanitation step after the use of ozone is necessary. In fact no rinse step is
necessary after ozone as the ozone will leave no residual on the surface. This lowers
cleaning time and water usage costs.

Hi captain when i was a student i made my self a working model of ozone

water treatment unit the things i used are , ignition coil from a bajaj auto,
glass tube,airator used in my aquarium,two electrodes , one 12v auto
battery , a relay circuit for charging and working of ignition coil and for
charging this set up i used a solar panel and guess what i mounted it on a
floating rubber tube from a car and the ozone will come out at the center
of the tube and mixing it with water i made a propeller out of motor and
all worked perfect the chemistry teacher helped me a lot building this and i
won the district level science fair but in the state level when i was
participating i realize it is matter of money and no one seems interested in
this but i got some special interests from some people not from india who
want the copy of my technical drawings and the circuit diagrams and
voltage of my electrical system used that time i was unaware of my
creation give away the info without any hesitation. but after reading your
post i realize what ozone is capable of and during the exhibition there was

the water gets purified and also very refreshing. I want to ask

Sir,
Due to an accident onboard (one Gantline broke and hit on
my right eye,and was severly damaged) after 2 surgeries ,I
almost lost my vision. now Iam having corneal opacity (my
right eye vision is very minimal due to this corneal
opacity)Opthamologist told me that there is no medicine to
cure opacity because the veins to eye has damaged and
pressure to corenea is too low. now Iam under homeo
treatment, but no results. Pls advise me any better treatment .

Corneal opacity is scarring or clouding of the cornea, which

decreases vision.
Be optimistic.
It is just a matter of time where ozone therapy ( by

ocular hypotony, is typically defined as intraocular pressure

less than 5 mm Hg.
intraocular pressure (IOP) is the fluid pressure inside the eye

measured by tonometry . normal intraocular pressure as that
between 10 mmHg and 20 mmHg
the values of eye pressure are the highest in the morning,

particularly right after waking up and as the day progresses
they tend to decrease.
low intraocular pressure indicates fluid leakage and deflation

of the eyeball. when the eye pressure is lower than the eye
can tolerate it is like a ball that is low on air where part of the
ball can begin to collapse.
low pressure in the eyes can be the result of too much

drainage or insufficient production of aqueous humor. a
detached retina can also create a pathway for fluid to escape.
low IOP can adversely impact the eye in many ways,

including corneal decompensation, accelerated cataract
formation, and discomfort.
the most common cause of ocular hypotension is intraocular

inflammation . the cornea may be blue with loss of
transparency, because of oedema.
this fluid, called aqueous humor, nourishes the eye and helps
it maintain its globular shape. the typical eye produces,
circulates and drains about 4 cubic centimeters of fluid a day.
hHypotony has several causes. the most common are a post-
surgical wound leak, chronic inflammation within the eye, or
retinal detachment.
low eye pressure occurs when there is less fluid between the
lens and the cornea of the eye than normal. the fluid, called
aqueous humor, is usually produced and drained at a steady
rate to maintain pressure levels and help the eye maintain its
normal shape.
if there is not enough fluid, a person can experience pain and

changes in vision. hypotony is often associated with
detachment of the choroid (the layer of the eye lying between
the retina and sclera) and shallowing of the anterior chamber
(the front inner part of the eye).
there are no medications available that are designed

specifically to raise pressure levels in the eyes. instead,

pressure following glaucoma ( high pressure ) surgery.
steroids may elevate IOP with prolonged use in individuals

intraocular pressure and caffeine may increase intraocular
pressure.

Did you hear what the TV news is propagating about the Kedarnath
temple- they say the temple is doomed to stay put even after such
distruction and loss of lie. Calling a temple doomed -its just so worthless
switiching on the TV to get some info about the country. All they talk
these days about Modi Vs Nitish.

Hello Captain,
I started looking for ozone air purifier and water purifiers after reading
your article.
I have been reading the reviews written by many end users who used it.
For ozonated water, its unanimously agreed that its very helpful.
But for ozonated air purifier, general opinion is that "If the user is present
during the operation of this device, they risk coughing, irritation of their
airway passages, increased risk of asthma like symptoms, and eye and
mucous membrane irritation. The elderly, the very young, and pets are
especially at risk of having trouble." They are experiencing 1 or more of
these symptoms.(This is partly in sync with wiki)
So they are suggesting to leave the purifier on when we are not in the
room, then air it out for few mins, then it feels good. Everybody is
accepting that it kills offensive smells, bacteria etc.

My concern is, can we keep this in a house with new born baby? .. For me,

my post above mentions the safe PPM prescribed by osha.
like i said a matchstick can save life -- but in the hands of a

monkey it will kill.
a woman can use cooking gas to cook -- but if she is stupid

enough to keep her nose on top of the stove, her face will get
burnt or she will fall unconscious if the flame is missing.
really such STUPID scenarios are beyond the scope of this

As you have mentioned that our Rishis and Maharshis were using their
copper lotas to generate ozone.
So do you mean Ozone is considered as the Pran-vayu mentioned in our
books? Because even in Shri Mad-Bhagawat when Gaurtam rishi is
explaining Sankhya-shastra to his mother have mentioned Pran-vayu
several times.

hema malini is advertising KENT water purifier. I got info from its
website that it is based on RO technology and alumini of IIT Kanpur
brought this tech to our country. Kindly let me know if this RO technology
is same what we are discussing here: water ozonator OR it is something
else. I am only concerned if it is safe to use (since O3 is toxic to human
tissues as well)

times faster acting than chlorine.
Ozone is an oxidizer and can remove chlorine from water.
Ozone does NOT remove Fluoride from water. only stupid

While growing up I have seen my mom, grand mom doing early morning
TULSI pooja pluck tulsi for daily pooja and put few tulsi in drinking water
copper pot daily.
I saw from your post on tulsi that tulsi emits ozone. I remember seeing
somewhere that tulsi emits oxygen 20 hours and ozone 4 hours daily.
Is there a specific time tulsi emits ozone ? I know at least my grand mom
restricted us to pluck tulsi after early morning..

I am a regular sunday cricket player and do weights in gym also regularly.

Give some rest to your shoulder till the pain disappears.
Do NOT throw as long as the pain exists.
Since there is NO pain while not throwing there is no need to

take anti inflammatory tablets like ibuprofen ( self
medication ) or even a cortisone injection ( from an expert
doctor )who will inject into the bursa beneath the acromion.
Bursa whaaa?
Looks like you have shoulder bursitis. With the arm overhead
for a throw, the bursa and rotator cuff tendon are pinched
between two bones.
If you want to know more-
The shoulder is a complex joint where there are several

bones, muscles, and ligaments. Due to lack of physical
conditioning ( week end warrior ) you have inflammation
between the top of the arm bone and the tip of the shoulder.
Between these bones lies the tendons of the rotator cuff, and
the bursa that protects these tendons.
Normally, these tendons slide effortlessly within this space.

When the tendons and bursa become inflamed it leads to
thickening of the tendons and bursa, and contributes to the
loss of space in this location.
Eventually, this space becomes too narrow to accommodate

the tendons and the bursa, and every time these structures
move between the bones they are pinched.
So allow your shoulder some rest.
If the pain is persistent show a doctor who will do diagnosis

by –
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which gives images of
soft tissues.
It will help the doctor identify injuries to the labrum,

ligaments, and tendons surrounding your shoulder joint.

Ultrasound, which gives images of muscles, tendons,
ligaments, joints, and soft tissues

putting my question in an old blog since I don't want all to see. Have you
heard of mohanan vaidyar of cherthala? He is in youtube and other sites.
My father has high BP, sugar and cholestrol along with kidney problem, he
was recently admitted to amrita thrice for continuous vomiting and head
spin, still they were not able to diagnose the root cause. they are just
killing the symptoms by some tabs. I was not satisfied and asked my
parents to visit this Mohanan vaidyar. but father was telling he gave
around 3 hours lecture and he said that he does not know much about
diseases and human body but if you have trust, you can take my medicine.
he was always telling to check with other clients about the feedback.
hearing this i am not sure what kind of vaidyan he is. he also said that once
you purchase medicines i will not take it back at any cost. can you please
suggest if we need to continue with him? he asked father to stop all
medicines except insulin. i am worried as he was taking medicines for
even kidney as his creatnin level is at little higher side.

Dear Sir,
I recently bought a ozone generator which outputs ozone 60mg/hr.

Operating instructions stated to run it for 20 minutes to treat 1 gallon of
water. I ran the device in an unoccupied room (12 x 16 feet) for about 20
minutes to treat a large glass of water and drank water immedietly
However a person who is diagnosed with hypo thyroid entered the room 5
minutes after the machine was turned off and complained of stiffness on
right side of neck and some difficulty in breathing along with mild
stiffness on chest.
I wanted your advise on how to operate this device.
Is ozone safe for thyroid patients? Is my way of operating is safe? Doas

person feeling almost at the place where thyroid is located means ozone
reacted with something and person may feel better long run? Is 60mg/hr
and 20 minutes is room is safe?
Please advise.. Waiting for your advise..

Ozone is a naturally occurring molecule, and hence it is not

patentable .
Hypothyroidism is defined as a state in which the thyroid

gland does not produce a sufficient amount of the thyroid
hormones T3 and T4.
Many women have used Ozone to treat Hypothyroid. The

For drinking water, if I ozonate it for 20 minutes with 100mg/hr machine ,
how long will the water remain ozonated?
As you said it is not stable, I assumed water wont stay ozonated long
enough. I understand that water will still be free of microbes etc and I can
drink pure water.
But if I want to drink that water to heal my digestive system, should I
drink it while it is still ozonated? ..
If we drink while it is still ozonated, will it hurt our intestine walls or do
any other damage?..
Sorry if I am thinking too much.. because I already bought 1 ozone air
purifier and that was too strong for me.. So I am buying 2nd one that
purifies both water & air.. want to make right choice this time.

- 82%, liver-69% , muscles-75%, bones-28%. We are 50% oxygen.
The best way to optimize health is to oxygenate every cell in our body.
The more oxygen we have in our system, the more energy we produce,
and the more efficiently we can eliminate wastes. Our ancient maharishis
were NOT fools to introduce Pranayama.
The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of normal oxygen respiration

microorganism's enzymes.
In viruses, alteration of the protein capsid prevents the virus from being
taken up by susceptible cells.

cause of odors. Once the cause has been eliminated, the odor
does not come back unless the source that caused the odor is
reintroduced, such as in the case of mildew.
Ozone in AIR is safe at low levels to humans, at very high
concentrations it can be harmful; however, there have not
been any human deaths attributed to ozone usage since 1885.
The human irritation threshold is about 0.06 parts per million
(ppm) with no evidence of health damage by continuous
exposure to lower concentrations. If higher levels are needed
in special cases, the ozone in AIR could be controlled by a
time clock or computer to run at night, or when humans are
absent, for safety concerns.

Ozone in WATER is bubbled through the water long enough,
this ozonated water can contain significant levels of ozone
bonded to the water. This ozonated water, is beyond pure.
Full of ozone and oxygen, this ozonated water is used

burns, scrapes, bruises, in dentristry, surgery, and many other
applications.
If you drink this water, you are actually drinking 'ozone'. It

warranty - they will make the best ozonated water).
Only use ozone resistant bubblers, preferably made from

glass. Ozonate the water in a glass vessel; never use plastic.
This ensures that your water remains pure and
uncontaminated. Ozonate 500 cc of water for at least 20
minutes.
People have been drinking 3 ppm ozonated water for years

without problems.
Take zinc , selenium, and vitamin E supplements when

drinking ozonated water in order to support the detoxification
process.
Read the technical and operating manual of your ozonator

well.

is done and ozonised blood will be inserted through vein. The cost per
sitting will be nearly INR 6500/- per sitting. The process will take nearly 2
hrs in each sitting. What's your opinion regarding the result of this
treatment and also about the huge cost for the treatment.

Sir, I was under dialysis for past 2 years. During Dialysis for 4 months I
had Rectum Ozone , and Blood Ozone, I do this twice a week , As soon an
as I get Rectal Ozone I used to feel young and energetic. But I did not find
any chance of Creatinine being reduced, At that time my creatinine was
8.5. But my doctor used to astonish by seeing my Liver Function Test

Hi captain when i was a student i made my self a working model of ozone

water treatment unit the things i used are , ignition coil from a bajaj auto,
glass tube,airator used in my aquarium,two electrodes , one 12v auto
battery , a relay circuit for charging and working of ignition coil and for
charging this set up i used a solar panel and guess what i mounted it on a
floating rubber tube from a car and the ozone will come out at the center
of the tube and mixing it with water i made a propeller out of motor and
all worked perfect the chemistry teacher helped me a lot building this and i
won the district level science fair but in the state level when i was
participating i realize it is matter of money and no one seems interested in
this but i got some special interests from some people not from india who
want the copy of my technical drawings and the circuit diagrams and
voltage of my electrical system used that time i was unaware of my
creation give away the info without any hesitation. but after reading your
post i realize what ozone is capable of and during the exhibition there was
an article on the mathrubhumi news paper about my creation stating that
we can even purify the dying periyar rive from toxic waste what do you

the water gets purified and also very refreshing. I want to ask
you can we do pranayam in a room by operating this purifier.
it has a pungent odour so is it good for our health to inhale it.

While searching for ozone generator I came across these 2

ozone generator product itself.

Sir,
Due to an accident onboard (one Gantline broke and hit on
my right eye,and was severly damaged) after 2 surgeries ,I
almost lost my vision. now Iam having corneal opacity (my
right eye vision is very minimal due to this corneal
opacity)Opthamologist told me that there is no medicine to
cure opacity because the veins to eye has damaged and
pressure to corenea is too low. now Iam under homeo
treatment, but no results. Pls advise me any better treatment .

Corneal opacity is scarring or clouding of the cornea, which

decreases vision.
Be optimistic.
It is just a matter of time where ozone therapy ( by

autohemotherapy ) can cure your problem.

ocular hypotony, is typically defined as intraocular pressure

less than 5 mm Hg.
intraocular pressure (IOP) is the fluid pressure inside the eye

measured by tonometry . normal intraocular pressure as that
between 10 mmHg and 20 mmHg
the values of eye pressure are the highest in the morning,

particularly right after waking up and as the day progresses
they tend to decrease.
low intraocular pressure indicates fluid leakage and deflation

of the eyeball. when the eye pressure is lower than the eye
can tolerate it is like a ball that is low on air where part of the
ball can begin to collapse.
low pressure in the eyes can be the result of too much

drainage or insufficient production of aqueous humor. a
detached retina can also create a pathway for fluid to escape.
low IOP can adversely impact the eye in many ways,

including corneal decompensation, accelerated cataract
formation, and discomfort.
the most common cause of ocular hypotension is intraocular

inflammation . the cornea may be blue with loss of
transparency, because of oedema.
this fluid, called aqueous humor, nourishes the eye and helps
it maintain its globular shape. the typical eye produces,
circulates and drains about 4 cubic centimeters of fluid a day.
hHypotony has several causes. the most common are a post-

surgical wound leak, chronic inflammation within the eye, or
retinal detachment.
low eye pressure occurs when there is less fluid between the
lens and the cornea of the eye than normal. the fluid, called
aqueous humor, is usually produced and drained at a steady
rate to maintain pressure levels and help the eye maintain its
normal shape.
if there is not enough fluid, a person can experience pain and

changes in vision. hypotony is often associated with
detachment of the choroid (the layer of the eye lying between
the retina and sclera) and shallowing of the anterior chamber

and treats and treated the same Hindu low caste brothers in a different
manner and still does that.....If person from low caste in the governement

Hello Captain,
I started looking for ozone air purifier and water purifiers after reading
your article.
I have been reading the reviews written by many end users who used it.
For ozonated water, its unanimously agreed that its very helpful.
But for ozonated air purifier, general opinion is that "If the user is present
during the operation of this device, they risk coughing, irritation of their
airway passages, increased risk of asthma like symptoms, and eye and
mucous membrane irritation. The elderly, the very young, and pets are
especially at risk of having trouble." They are experiencing 1 or more of
these symptoms.(This is partly in sync with wiki)
So they are suggesting to leave the purifier on when we are not in the
room, then air it out for few mins, then it feels good. Everybody is
accepting that it kills offensive smells, bacteria etc.

like i said a matchstick can save life -- but in the hands of a

monkey it will kill.
a woman can use cooking gas to cook -- but if she is stupid

enough to keep her nose on top of the stove, her face will get

I know of a person in my family who could do it, and even go

Dear Captain Saheeb,

As you have mentioned that our Rishis and Maharshis were using their
copper lotas to generate ozone.
So do you mean Ozone is considered as the Pran-vayu mentioned in our
books? Because even in Shri Mad-Bhagawat when Gaurtam rishi is
explaining Sankhya-shastra to his mother have mentioned Pran-vayu
several times.

hema malini is advertising KENT water purifier. I got info from its
website that it is based on RO technology and alumini of IIT Kanpur
brought this tech to our country. Kindly let me know if this RO technology
is same what we are discussing here: water ozonator OR it is something
else. I am only concerned if it is safe to use (since O3 is toxic to human

Dear sir,
While growing up I have seen my mom, grand mom doing early morning
TULSI pooja pluck tulsi for daily pooja and put few tulsi in drinking water
copper pot daily.
I saw from your post on tulsi that tulsi emits ozone. I remember seeing
somewhere that tulsi emits oxygen 20 hours and ozone 4 hours daily.
Is there a specific time tulsi emits ozone ? I know at least my grand mom
restricted us to pluck tulsi after early morning..

Give some rest to your shoulder till the pain disappears.
Do NOT throw as long as the pain exists.
Since there is NO pain while not throwing there is no need to

take anti inflammatory tablets like ibuprofen ( self
medication ) or even a cortisone injection ( from an expert
doctor )who will inject into the bursa beneath the acromion.
Bursa whaaa?
Looks like you have shoulder bursitis. With the arm overhead
for a throw, the bursa and rotator cuff tendon are pinched
between two bones.
If you want to know more-
The shoulder is a complex joint where there are several

bones, muscles, and ligaments. Due to lack of physical
conditioning ( week end warrior ) you have inflammation
between the top of the arm bone and the tip of the shoulder.
Between these bones lies the tendons of the rotator cuff, and
the bursa that protects these tendons.
Normally, these tendons slide effortlessly within this space.

When the tendons and bursa become inflamed it leads to
thickening of the tendons and bursa, and contributes to the
loss of space in this location.
Eventually, this space becomes too narrow to accommodate

the tendons and the bursa, and every time these structures
move between the bones they are pinched.
So allow your shoulder some rest.
If the pain is persistent show a doctor who will do diagnosis

by –
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which gives images of
soft tissues.
It will help the doctor identify injuries to the labrum,

ligaments, and tendons surrounding your shoulder joint.
And
Ultrasound, which gives images of muscles, tendons,
ligaments, joints, and soft tissues

putting my question in an old blog since I don't want all to see. Have you
heard of mohanan vaidyar of cherthala? He is in youtube and other sites.
My father has high BP, sugar and cholestrol along with kidney problem, he
was recently admitted to amrita thrice for continuous vomiting and head
spin, still they were not able to diagnose the root cause. they are just
killing the symptoms by some tabs. I was not satisfied and asked my
parents to visit this Mohanan vaidyar. but father was telling he gave
around 3 hours lecture and he said that he does not know much about
diseases and human body but if you have trust, you can take my medicine.
he was always telling to check with other clients about the feedback.
hearing this i am not sure what kind of vaidyan he is. he also said that once
you purchase medicines i will not take it back at any cost. can you please
suggest if we need to continue with him? he asked father to stop all
medicines except insulin. i am worried as he was taking medicines for
even kidney as his creatnin level is at little higher side.

Dear Sir,
I recently bought a ozone generator which outputs ozone 60mg/hr.

Operating instructions stated to run it for 20 minutes to treat 1 gallon of
water. I ran the device in an unoccupied room (12 x 16 feet) for about 20
minutes to treat a large glass of water and drank water immedietly
However a person who is diagnosed with hypo thyroid entered the room 5
minutes after the machine was turned off and complained of stiffness on
right side of neck and some difficulty in breathing along with mild
stiffness on chest.
I wanted your advise on how to operate this device.
Is ozone safe for thyroid patients? Is my way of operating is safe? Doas

person feeling almost at the place where thyroid is located means ozone
reacted with something and person may feel better long run? Is 60mg/hr
and 20 minutes is room is safe?

Ozone is a naturally occurring molecule, and hence it is not

patentable .
Hypothyroidism is defined as a state in which the thyroid

gland does not produce a sufficient amount of the thyroid
hormones T3 and T4.
Many women have used Ozone to treat Hypothyroid. The

how long will the water remain ozonated?
As you said it is not stable, I assumed water wont stay ozonated long
enough. I understand that water will still be free of microbes etc and I can
drink pure water.
But if I want to drink that water to heal my digestive system, should I
drink it while it is still ozonated? ..
If we drink while it is still ozonated, will it hurt our intestine walls or do
any other damage?..

this ozonated water can contain significant levels of ozone
bonded to the water. This ozonated water, is beyond pure.

glass. Ozonate the water in a glass vessel; never use plastic.
This ensures that your water remains pure and
uncontaminated. Ozonate 500 cc of water for at least 20
minutes.
People have been drinking 3 ppm ozonated water for years

without problems.
Take zinc , selenium, and vitamin E supplements when

drinking ozonated water in order to support the detoxification
process.

I am kidney patient, undergoing dialysis for past 6 months. My creatinine

is 8. I searched for ozone therapy for kidney disease and found a hospital
Pondichery is doing this theraphy. I takes to them an they said the cure
depends on the level of damage and the result will be known only after
completion of therapy. Therapy will be done twice in a week for seven
week. (14 sittings) . The blood will be taken out from artery where fitsula
is done and ozonised blood will be inserted through vein. The cost per
sitting will be nearly INR 6500/- per sitting. The process will take nearly 2
hrs in each sitting. What's your opinion regarding the result of this
treatment and also about the huge cost for the treatment.

Consult a proper doctor and get tests done.
A goiter is an enlarged thyroid gland.
Simple goiter:--
This means that the entire thyroid gland is larger than normal.
The thyroid feels smooth but large. There are a number of
causes.
For example:
Grave’s disease – an auto-immune disease which causes the

thyroid to swell and make too much thyroxine.
Thyroiditis (inflammation of the thyroid)
Iodine deficiency. The thyroid gland needs iodine to make

thyroxine(T4) and T3. If you lack iodine in your diet the
thyroid swells as it tries to make enough of its hormones
which are so vital for our bodily functions like metabolism
and control our heart rate and many other functions
Some medicines can cause the thyroid to swell as a side-

Hereditary factors – some people inherit a tendency for a

Sir, I was under dialysis for past 2 years. During Dialysis for 4 months I
had Rectum Ozone , and Blood Ozone, I do this twice a week , As soon an
as I get Rectal Ozone I used to feel young and energetic. But I did not find
any chance of Creatinine being reduced, At that time my creatinine was
8.5. But my doctor used to astonish by seeing my Liver Function Test
Result. All the parameters of LFT were normal even after I stopped Ozone
theraphy. Before starting Ozone thereaphy I had some fungul like patches
in my forehead, my doctor said I have to consult skin therapist and
continue medicine for that, but I never met Skin therapist, with Ozone
itself it cured. As finally for past 6 months my creatinine went 12.80 , My
BP went high, due to which vision of my left eye blocked due to BP.
Finally I had to go for transplant, Luckily I got blood related Donor and
Feb 11th I had sucessful Tranasplant . Now all the parameters are normal.
I am taking tablet for BP and immunosuppress medicine for Kidney. Can I
use Ozonated water which I generate from Kent Ozone Fruit & Vegetable
cleaner. ( In drinking water I put the ozone generating tube and set timer
