Reimbursement for Mobile bill

From March Salary deducted 12992.000 IQD

From April salary deducted 24826.000 IQD

Total deductions = 37818.000 IQD

We are dealing with company for the company purpose not for personnel purpose.
I am looking for the good encouragement from the company and I didn’t expect any discourage
like deduction of salary. As per the contract “The company shall provide the employee with
mobile line free of cost”.
So, please refund the amount which deducted from the salary.
