    2 Hacking to RCC coloumns, beam sides ,beam bottom, ceilling & chiselling if necessary.
    For measure chiselling refer structural consultant

    3 Door, window duct opening position as per drawimg , Door shutter opening directions

    4 Door, windowframes are fixed as per drawimg size, plumb, line and their hold fasts

    5 Window grills are fixed as per drawimg size, plumb, line and their hold fasts

    6 Lintels and sill levels as per drawings Sills arr provided

    7 Hacking to RCC coloumns & beam bottom & chiselling if necessary. For measure
    chiselling refer structural consultant

    8 Chicken Mesh

    9 work of Conceald conduits/ pipes ,Conceald boxes is executed properly and certificate
    obtained from Elect engineer

    10 sand is screened

    11 For sand,cement test results received & Neeru is approved

    12 Morter tray & (double scaffoldin)

    13 As per specification measurment box (farma) available

    14 Half bag mixer available for morter mixing

    15 Wetting arrangment of bricks before use

    16 Curing arrangment made

    17 Folling points are brought to the notice of contractors engineer


    a) For verticality & right angle plumb bob aluminium patti & masons square must

    b) Mix proporation

    c) Unplasterd margin for Skirting

    d) Dado Tiling portion and height for kitchen tiles and wash basin tiles

    e) Thickness of plaster

    h) Neeru sanla finish details

    18 Masonary work well watered (Tarai)
