    Scope of Work: Demolition with Civil Work, Renovation, Interior Designing, Interior
    furnishing, Exterior Elevation etc.
    Project Cost:
    Demolition Work with Sustaining Structural Stability @30 Rs/sqft: 1, 50,000 Rs.
    Civil Work from foundation to slab within demolition @1000 Rs/Sqft: 50, 00,000 Rs.
    Interior Works and Exterior Elevation @900 Rs/sqft: 45, 00,000 Rs.

    Total Project Cost for A-Class Construction and Finish: 96, 50,000 Rs.
    Project 01 + Project 02: 1, 09, 15000 Rs.

    Note: All the Cost is Included Architectural and Interior Designing, Engineering, Project
    Monitoring, Supervision, Loading/Unloading and Mixed Expenditures on the Site.
