    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to apply for a Schengen visa upon my intention to travel to the Czech Republic
    from July 25 to August 10, 2018.
    The main purpose of my travel is to visit Czech Republic and see my friends. However, I
    look very forward to also visit the magnificent sights throughout Czech Republic, as well as
    experience the famous Czech food and learn the Czech culture and way of life. During my
    stay, me and my friends wish to spend a holiday in Prague and have some gettogether.
    I also will be traveling to Konstanz, Germany to meet my cousin sister Kabita Parajuli and
    will be staying for 5 days with her. During that tenure I will be visiting some beautiful places
    near by and go for trekking.
    I am self- employed and I work on my own company, Harbinger Education Consultancy Pvt.
    Ltd in Kathmandu- 10 Buddhanagar since April 2017, holding the position of Managing
    Director. I am also engaged in Krayr LLC, in Moscow, Russia as owner of the company.
    I have sufficient financial means that supports my trip to Czech, my visit to Czech Republic
    will be for the purpose of Tourism and Visiting Friends.

    Please, find the following documents to support my visa application:


    1. Visa application form, duly dated and signed with attached passport-size pictures
    2. passport
    3. Copy of previous Schengen Visa showing my travel experience
    4. Travel Insurance, coverage of €30,000
    5. E-ticket reservation for my flight from Kathmandu (TIA) – Prague (PRG) – Kathmandu
    [July 25- August 10, 2018]
    6. Hostel reservations
    7. Company Registration Certificate of my company.
    8. Personal Account Number (PAN) Registration Certificate
    9. Tax Clearance Certificate
    10. Bank Statement as a proof of sufficient fund for my travel

     July 25, 2018 – Flight from Kathmandu to Prague via Turkish airlines TK727
     July 26, 2018 – Arrival in Prague in Hostel Homer and sightseeing in Prague
     July 27, 2018 – Visit Myroslava Roshko, friend from Prague
     July 28, 2018 – Staromestske Namesti and meet Myroslava’s friends, Shephali and other
    friends at Himalayan Indian Restaurant.
     July 29, 2018 – Karluv Most, Stare Mesto and Mala Strana
     July 30, 2018 – Prague Castle
     July 31, 2018 – Narodni Divadlo, Chapeau Rouge
     August 1, 2018 – August 2, 2018 – Travel to Cesky Krumlov and stay at Travel Hostel

     August 2, 2018 – Travel back to Prague and Take a bus to Konstanz Germany at 11:55 PM
     August 3, 2018 – August 8, 2018 – Stay with Kabita Parajuli (Cousin) at Konstanz
    (Mainaustrasse 41, Konstanz); Visit Konstanz and Trek to Alp Sigel, Alp Altmann,
    Alpstein Gebirge.
     August 9, 2018 – Travel from Konstanz to Prague via Shuttle Bus.
     August 10, 2018 – Flight back to Kathmandu from Prague via TK1772
