PAYMENT SCHEME:
PHP 10,000.00 Reservation Fee to block the date. NON-‐REFUNDABLE, NON-‐TRANSFERRABLE
AND NON-‐CONVERTIBLE. 50% of the balance is due one (1) month before the event; full payment is
due one (1) week before the event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
All Packages will have an on-‐top charge for the Security Deposit. For Weddings, Debuts, Christening,
Birthdays, Anniversaries and Product Launchings and alike, we require a security deposit of PHP
10,000.00 upon payment of the 50% balance due two (2) months before the event. This is for unwanted
damages and loss of the venue. Once no damages and loss occurred, the amount deposited will be
returned to the guest upon check-‐out. You may pay thru bank and fax or scan to us the deposit slip.

CHANGE OF DATE:
Should the date reserved will be changed, an amount of PHP 5,000.oo for Change of Date shall be
paid.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation should be informed two (2) months before the event via E-‐mail. 100% of the amount paid
will not be refunded.
