    Activity Proposal

    Title: Acquaintance Party


    Theme: Looking at the past to understand the future.
    Date: July 16-20, 2018
    Venue: Covert Court

    I. Rationale

    The Supreme Student Government would like to have an acquaintance


    party in order to develop a sense of belongingness, to acquaint the Grade 11 to
    the senior high school community, get to know one another through
    interpersonal communication directed by the events undertaking, to experience a
    brief background of the senior high school in what they do and be able to create
    an environment of strong bond forged by harmony and cooperation.
    A registration fee of Php 20.00 per student was proposed for the snacks
    and expenses of the activity and the SSG could have an Income Generating
    Program.

    II. Objectives
    By the end of the activity, the Grade 11 Senior High of ELMIS will be able to:

    a) show off each other's talent and skills through the Battle of the Talents;
    b) be acquainted with teachers and staff in senior high and its student to identify
    the key persons in the department, to start building a healthy relationship;
    c) to developed camaraderie

    III. Persons Involved

    2. Grade 11 and 12 students

    IV. Activities
    a) “Wear ‘em now” (Costume Wearing)
    b) Acoustic Jamming (Recess and Lunch)
    c) Battle of the Bands
    d) Question and Answer Showdown

    V. Program Flow
    July 16 Pre- school attire
    July 17-18 70's, 80's and, 90's attire
    July 19 Hype beast attire
    July 20 Business attire of their chosen profession
    Program Proper

    1:00pm - Start of registration


    1:30pm - Opening remarks
    1:45pm - Introduction of event host
    2:00pm - Battle of the bands/ Question and Answer portion
    4:30pm - Awarding
    4:45pm - Closing Remarks
    5:00pm - Party!!!

    VI. Source of Fund


    Registration 20.00

    Budget Flow
    Snacks, Prices, Stage Design ...... Php 17.00
    Students Contribution …… Php 3.00

    VII. Monitoring and Evaluation


    At the end of this activity the students will fulfill the objectives and create
    an Income Generating Program. Also, the Supreme Student Government could
    submit an accomplishment report to the School Head for proper documentation
    and evaluation.
