This e-admit card is issued to you for appearing in the Written Examination solely based on the information
furnished by you in your online application submitted against the above referred advertisement, for the
aforesaid post. If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is detected
that the information provided by you is incorrect / incomplete or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria,
or if it is found that you have concealed / distorted any material information, your candidature / appointment
will be cancelled without assigning any reason thereof. Candidates must read carefully the instructions
attached with this e-Admit Card and shall keep a copy for your reference.

 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. You shall be required to register your Bio-Metric Data (Fingerprint And Photograph) at the
Registration Desk. Therefore candidate should report at the Examination Center at least TWO hour
before commencement of online exam session for checking of Admit Card, Original Id Proof and
Capturing of Biometric Data.The online exam session will start sharp 2 hours after the reporting time.
Candidates will be allowed to occupy the seat inside the online examination hall only after checking
Admit Card and original id proof and capturing of Biometric Data.
2. The question paper will be in Hindi and English language.
3. This being a technical exam, the questions shall be from the respective discipline. The examination is of
2hrs and 120 no. of questions. There will be no negative marking in the written examination for
incorrect answers. Please refer Advertisement for details regarding selection process.
4. You may go through the mock test link at www.npcilcareers.co.in provided from 28/05/2018
onwards to make yourself familiar with online test. You will have the ability to navigate back and
forth between the questions as well as edit your responses to the questions. You will be
allocated a Computer Node, Log-in ID and password in the Examination Hall. On instructions of
the Invigilator, You shall log-in and start attempting the Test. The clock will be set at the server
as per duration of the exam. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display
the remaining time available for you to complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero,
the examination will end automatically. You will not be required to end or submit your
examination.
5. Please bring this e-Admit Card (received through email or downloaded copy from the website) and one
valid original ID proof such as Driving License, Voters ID Card, Passport, Aadhar Card or any other
valid Govt. ID proof. No candidate shall be allowed to appear for the examination without e-admit
card and original id proof.
6. MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY BANNED inside the examination hall and no provision shall be
committed by us for its custody at the center by NPCIL. Hence candidates are advised that they must
not bring the Mobile phones inside the examination premises. In addition to this, Books, Notes, Bits
of papers, Geometry / Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Pencil, Scale, Log Table, Writing Pad, Eraser,
cardboard, Electronic Devices, Watch, Wrist Watch, Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Mobile Phones,
Earphone, Microphones, Cameras, Headphones, Pen-Drives, Pager, Bluetooth Devices, Calculator,
Debit / Credit Card, Electronic Pen / Scanners, Food &Beverages (Alcoholic or Non- Alcoholic), Water
Bottle and other items which could be used for unfair means are not allowed inside examination
premises.
7. No TA / DA will be payable to the candidates for attending the online Written Examination.
However shortlisted Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates called for Personal Interview from
outstation and those who are not employed in Central / State Govt. / Public Sector Organization /
Corporation / Local Govt. / Panchayats will be paid to and fro Railway fare by Second class by the
shortest route as per rules on production of original journey tickets along with copy of Community
Certificate. However, the reimbursement will be restricted to the place in respect of balance distance
exceeding 30 km both ways subject to production of tickets.
8. The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected
permanently for any reason can use Scribe / Reader during the examination. If the candidate wish to
avail Scribe / Reader facility then the same shall be provided at exam center if the information for same
is given in advance through email at hrmkgujsite@npcil.co.in. The Orthopaedically, Visually and
Hearing impaired candidates will be given compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour. Such candidates
will also be allowed to bring permissible assistive devices subject to approval at the center.
9. Question Paper and Answer Keys shall be uploaded on website at 11.00 AM on 09/06/2018.
Discrepancies, if any, regarding question paper or Answer Keys should be brought to the notice
through the link given on NPCIL website from 11.00 AM on 09/06/2018 till 05.00 PM on
13/06/2018. Representation submitted thereafter will not be entertained. Representation received
through any other mode will not be also entertained.
10. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on www.npcilcareers.co.in tentatively by 3rd week of
June and will be sent e-Mail / SMS for appearing for the personal interview as per the schedule.
However, the individual mark-sheet giving details of score will declared subsequently which can be
viewed by candidate through individual login.
11. The list of empanelled candidates will be declared through NPCIL website www.npcilcareers.co.in.
12. SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer) and PWD candidates shortlisted for personal interview shall
required to produce the certificate in appropriate format as available in NPCIL website
www.npcilcareers.co.in. The OBC (Non Creamy Layer) certificate should be latest i.e. issued on or after
01/04/2017.
13. Please note that no request for change in the date of online Written Examination Venue will be
entertained on any account.
14. You may please note that this e-Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment in NPCIL.
15. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with
regard to their selection / recruitment shall be considered as DISQUIALIFICATION.
16. NPCIL reserves the right to cancel or postpone or to reconduct the online Written Examination.
17. If candidates found committing malpractice, action will be taken against such candidate including
debarring the candidate for appearing all future recruitments of NPCIL.
18. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the session.
19. Corrigendum, Addendum or any other notification, if any, shall be published only on the website of
NPCIL. Therefore, candidates are advised to visit www.npcilcareers.co.in for further instructions /
updates.
