A. Enable the teachers acquire understanding of the PPST Modules and RPMS
Manual for teachers;
B. Identify and understand key concepts of the modules/Manual;
C. Apply and used the PPST-RPMS forms;
D. Acquire knowledge and skills in the administration of Multi-Factored Assessment
Tool;
E. Identify areas in the five domains such as cognitive, Communication, Motor and
Daily Living that needed to be assessed; and
F. Show appreciation of Multi-Factored Assessment Tool (MFAT) as basis for
provision of intervention for learners at-risk through reflection journal writing.
3. All teachers of Kasiglahan Village Elementary School are the participants of this
activity.
4. To ensure the success of this School Learning Action Cell (SLAC), all teachers are
required to attend and fully participate in this activity.
