2. Follow the Branding guideline (Logo, Colour, Header & footer, Images) of the client
5. Create a consistent and standardized format and enhanced graphical look for all
pages, thereby establishing a unified theme throughout the website. Here we would
keep the “look and feel” throughout the website & also suggest the sticky contents &
functionality to keep user maximum time on the website.
6. For ease of use, for the website we will keep consistent orientation and navigational
aids, such as hierarchical menus that tell users how deep they are into a topic or
subtopic as well as a homepage link or icon on each page in the same position.
7. Site will be search engine friendly which will help potential users and search engine
spiders to find the site easier. This includes using clean URL, Meta Title, Description
and Keywords in each web page. Google Analytics will be implemented in the
website to get statistics and analytics on the website traffic. System will be having
XML sitemap that intern connect and update the Google sitemap. This helps to get
faster website crawling by search engine spiders when there is an update happen to
a particular page.
The system at the design level will be made capable of countering spam entries using
captcha code implementation, sql injection testing using backend procedures as well as
checked for cross browser compatibility. The website will be compatible with following

device and provide additional ‘Touch Event Handling’ specific to devices.
3. Recommendations
Based on our industry research and creative guidelines, we’ve identified some key design
changes required to the current site as part of the revamp:

Admin will have the provision to manage the dynamic menu URLs related to all frontend
modules. Different menu can have the same menu items in different positions. There will be
different attributes to customize the frontend display such as show/hide title, background
image, icon, description, submenu, and breadcrumb.
CMS Pages
Admin user can manage the content of the website with the user friendly CMS system and
add unlimited pages to the website. The admin can delete or deactivate any page. Admin
can also add different versions of a CMS Page in draft mode and publish the final version
based on the need.
SEF URLs are, search engine friendly URLs, which include menu/CMS name in website
URLs. These descriptive URLs consisting of words meaningful for both humans and search
engines improve user experience and place the website links higher in the search results
relevant to business.
All content pages in the website will have Meta title, Meta description and Meta keywords to
enable the search engine crawlers to index as well as list the pages in the SERP. The pages
on products, projects, materials and the case studies will be updated to the XML site map
dynamically. This content will be available in Google Site map and website site map and it
will be indexed in search engines easily as it has got unique content and keywords.
Blogs
The blog module is an interactive platform to provide official information on the website. It
will allow publishing blogs or case studies that are interesting to the targeted audience.

Campaigns
The ‘Campaign’ section will list down the all the email campaigns conducted through the site
along with their analytics such as Sent date, Total recipients for that campaign, Number of
recipients opened the mail, number of recipients made clicks and the number of bounced
emails. Campaigns can be searched by entering the title or selecting the date range.
Forms
Dynamic forms are integrated with CMS pages. Admin can create different forms in different
layouts and have the option to store it in DB. While creating the CMS page, admin can
include forms from Rich Text Editor.
Static Blocks
Static blocks are the way to show html block contents in CMS pages. Admin can
add/edit/delete static blocks into the CMS pages. But the display of this will depend on the
design of the page. Currently it is made available for Sidebar Left & Sidebar Right layouts for
CMS pages.
Promotional Banners
Admin can display Promotional advertisement banners through the website. Also, admin can
add many promotional banners at different positions of the website. But the display of these
banners in the front end depends on the design of the page. Even if you ad banners and if
the design is not compatible, the banner will not be displayed. Also while adding the
promotional banners; the size of the banner should match each position.
Newsletters used to send promotional emails to all users using newsletter wizard and
manage the newsletters. Newsletter Email Wizard is used for creating as well as sending
Newsletter to various subscribers.
Email Templates
The CMS will have the provision to manage different templates of admin/user emails sent
from the system. Name, From Email Id, Subject and Message can be edited. The templates
are categorized within groups for easy management like general mails to customers,
customer contact, customer enquiry etc.
Website search
The Corporate website will have advanced search capabilities to retrieve information quickly.
The search box can be used by the user to search content with a keyword from Website
pages. Search will include content search bringing all types of content including projects.
Analytics
Analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of web data for purposes of
understanding and optimizing web usage. Admin can use this to track and analyze how
people use their websites and applications. Reports are generated based on:

Google Analytics Integration
In addition to the in-built analytics of the CMS, Google analytics can be integrated for
analyzing how the website is performing. The date range can be set and it can be compared
to the past data to get comparative and actionable insights on the website performance.
Multi Lingual
The portal will have multilingual capabilities with option to activate and deactivate language
from admin dashboard. All labels, menus and text used in the platform are calling from
language XML file and when user change language from English to Arabic, system calls for
the corresponding language file and change the language in the front end. It will also support
RTL and LTR text and design orientation.
Social publishing
Social publishing module enables admin to publish posts/feeds to various social media
accounts. Admin can create a post by adding test, images, videos, links etc and publish it
over social networks viz., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and Instagram. Admin can
edit the content of each post if required, before publishing it. This module helps admin to
create and publish social mentions across different social media accounts from a single
posting.
Social Widgets
Social widgets are an interactive social media engagement module. Unlike conventional
social features, this module displays social feeds from the Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,
Snapchat and Twitter pages. This will encourage the users to like/follow the social media
account and engage further.
5. Pricing Information
5.1 Pricing Section - Project Cost
#yourcompany# proposes to carry out the project for a price for the amount mentioned below
in the table. This is the licensing, consulting and implementation charges towards define,
design, development/test, deploy, post Go-Live support and Warranty for the CMS Platform.
Break-up of the pricing is given below:

Advance Payment 33% of the total cost should be paid in USD 000
advance after signing the contract before
starting the project.
Interim Payment 33% of the total cost has to be paid after USD 000
the completion of designing.
Balance Payment Balance 34% of the total cost should be USD 000
paid after completion and before porting
to live server.

Assumptions:

suggested in this document. Any changes to the scope and implementation
approach may have an impact on schedule and cost.
