a. Closure of all extra openings provided in
Slabs/Walls is completed.
b. Inspection for Civil/Structural works
cleared by the consultant.
c. All open ends of unused pipes/conduits are
closed.
d. Treatment of concrete faces ( if any )
completed.
e. Air-Cond ducting and discharge pipe
installed with proper insulation, taped and
gradient checked.
f. MEP services above false ceiling have been
completed in all respects.
g. Electrical installations properly insulate
and taped
h. Pressure tests for all piping services
completed.
i. Final adjustment of heights for services
completed.
Support structure:
a) Approved material used, size & dimension.
b) Check for marking of celling level on wall
as per approved height. Indicate height:
c) Celling design as per shop drawing. Take mm
note on service points and installer is
aware of it.
d) Support batten at specified interval Indicate interval:
properly fasten with screw on the slab, mm
wall and t joints.
e) Check whether the frame work and hanger
rods are as per specification.
f) Before fixing/ laying of boards check all
service works such as electrical, AC
ducting, fire alarm, sprinkler, speakers,
smoke detector, heat detector, etc,
Whether cutout/ opening provided.

g) Check on alignment and rigidity of grid.
h) Check for any cornices, trap door provision
as per the drawing.
i) Fixing of panel in proper way

Finishing:
a) Sealed gaps and screw points
b) Uniform finishing.
c) Flat with no sag.
