    CUMULATIVE GPA on a 4.0 SCALE: (Please read the directions carefully!)
    Step 1 – Count the total number of semester courses beginning with your freshman year of high school through the fall semester of
    your senior year. (For example, English I fall and spring counts as two (2) courses; a one-semester course counts once.)
    Step 2 – Count the total number of semester courses in which you made A’s, the total number of semester courses in which you made
    B’s, and so on.
    Step 3 – Multiply the total number of semester courses within each grade category by the appropriate grade point, using a 4.0 scale.
    Step 4 – Add together the 5 totals and divide by the total number of courses taken. The answer is your GPA on a 4.0 scale.
