REQUIREMENTS 2019
The Information below will guide you to successfully complete documents and
information required to lodge 408 Activity visas for your tour party.
If you provide the information below we can fill in the FORMS for you.
Please read carefully
• Scan and email through passports: Passport photo and signature must be
clearly readable. Passport must have at least 6 months validity.
• Read attached Declarations and Australian Values 2019 – each person in tour
party must indicate yes to each point listed. If anyone indicates no to any of the
points please notify us in writing asap,
CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS
Applicants for 408 Activity Visas must declare if they have any criminal
convictions (even DUIs). Applicants must also declare if there are any pending
charges against them that have not had a sentence or outcome decided by a
Court.

VISA CANCELLATION
Immigration may cancel visa if an individual has displayed violent or threatening
behaviour/language whilst in Australia.
ADDITIONAL BAND/CREW
If you need to add additional band and or crew to the tour party and or replace a
current tour party member, a NEW visa application must be lodged. There must
be enough time for immigration to process the new application. New processing
fees will be incurred. Please advise asap if there are any changes to tour party.
NON-WORKING PERSONNEL
Spouses, Partners, Nannies, Children, Label,
Should apply for Tourist visas online, via travel agent or purchase at airport.

APPROVALS/COVERED PERFORMANCES
You will receive approval letters prior to your arrival into Australia. Please check
that the details are correct and ensure that the tour party travel on same
passports submitted with application.
Please note that the visas will only cover the performances for Promoter/Sponsor
shows. Any promotional performances, club performances, appearances, DJ
Sets MUST be approved by Promoter/Sponsor and included in the visa
application. Failure to do so will mean an unauthorized performance will be noted
on the individual file at immigration and will impact their ability to obtain another
entertainment visa.
Please note that the visas are electronic, no visa stamp/embassy visit required.
You can carry a copy of the visa letter with you as back up but it is not
mandatory.
