Methodology
Depending upon the batch composition, any one of the following methodologies will be adopted for
program delivery. The decision of MVLCO in this respect will be final:
Method 1 : In the event the batch consists of participants opting for both, module 1 (BA elements)
and module 2 (BFSI elements), the program will be delivered in 4 days using a blend of business anal-
ysis (BA) elements and banking and financial services (BFSI) elements. The participants are first intro-
duced to a business analysis element, followed by BFSI elements. Once both BA elements and BFSI
elements are understood by the participants, a case study will be used to practically understand how
to conduct business analysis in BFSI domain.
Method 2 : In the event the batch consists of participants opting only for module 1 (BA elements), the
blend of BA elements and BFSI elements will not be followed. Only BA elements would be delivered in
3 days.
