Attention: Mr. Engel Tiotimo Bides

Claim for Vehicle Damage After a Car Accident

Greetings:
I write on behalf of my client, Ronald D. Mendoza (Contact No.
09054240050). As you know, my client was involved in a collision
with a red Toyota Vios sedan, driven by you, Mr. Engel Tiotimo Bides,
and registered to Asia United Bank. My client was not injured, but
his car suffered a fair amount of damage, which, despite repeated
phone calls and texts, you have so far refused to pay for.
The driver was obviously negligent in this case. He bumped my
client’s car at the right side portion. Attached herein is the Police
Blotter Report stating the events that transpired in support of our claim.
As a result of this incident, my client’s car incurred dents and
scratches at the right rear door and fender. My client then brought it
to three auto repair shops and they gave an estimate for the repair
and repaint of the damaged portion of the car. Attached herein are
the estimates from the three auto repair shop.
Taking into account your liability as the driver of the car, my client
demands immediate settlement of this case. This is not a complex
claim. Should you fail to comply with this demand within 1 (one) week
from receipt of this letter, we shall be constrained to file all
appropriate complaints against you to protect my client’s interests.
We shall hold you liable, in case of suit, for interest, damages,
attorney’s fees and other charges as may be incurred.
Please give this matter your immediate and preferential attention. We
trust you will see your way clear towards the prompt and amicable
settlement of my client’s plainly valid demands in order for you to
avoid the inconvenience, expenses, and embarrassment of litigation.
