LIGHTING TECH LOAD-IN SHEET

SHEET MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER UPON ARRIVAL UNLESS


MENTIONED OTHERWISE BY THE LIGHTING DIRECTOR

Lend a hand when available, but do not feel obligated to assist our crew if
preoccupied by anything on this list

1. Meet with venue TD to discuss things that are TBC

2. Lay out all cabling for upstage wall & have stagehands run & find circuit
for the s-100s

3. Have same hand run circuits for zip strips, drop color, and hang when 2 is
done

4. Have a hand sort gobos and drop into fixtures & rotators

5. Tape up cable on Worms wall(as soon as they are up)

6. Have Danny assist to place and spike grass flats, to then be moved upstage
for focus

7. Import showfile, do patching if necessary, and do a channel check

8. When stage is clear, begin focus

9. Move LED strips and flats into place after focus

10. Perform post-focus channel check

11. Look through cues before departure, and if out of time on load-in, check
cues upon arrival at showcall.
