NADSC Code of Conduct
NADSC Code of Conduct
NADSC Code of Conduct
Like the Gallente Federation, we respect the human right to expression. However, as a private
security interest servicing the Nadire district, our goals are not compatible with all types of
expression.
Scope
This policy applies to all our employees regardless of employment agreement or rank.
Policy elements
NADSC employees are bound by their contract to follow our Code of Conduct while performing
their duties. We outline the components of our Code of Conduct below:
All employees must follow the laws of the Gallente Federation and the Nadire district. They should
comply with all environmental, safety and fair dealing laws. We expect employees to be ethical and
responsible when dealing with our company’s finances, products, alliances and public image. They
should not endorse powers hostile to the Gallente Federation (Drifters, pirates, Sansha's
Nation))while in the employ of NADSC. They should not act against the interests of the Gallente
Federation by participating in fleets with hostile powers, holding membership to radical hate groups
like the Ultra-Nationalists, or by undermining the Gallente Federation's alliance with the Minmatar
Republic.
NADSC will not recruit employees with outstanding warrants in the Gallente Federation.
All employees should respect their colleagues. This includes respecting sociocultural identity,
gender expression, and sexual orientation. Misgendering, sexual harassment, stalking, and racism
are all considered breaches of contract, and will be handled as such.
Employees are to be protected from the above offenses. In the case that an employee feels they
are being discriminated against, NADSC advises contacting leadership.
Protection of Company Property
All employees should treat our company’s property, whether material or intangible, with respect
and care.
Employees:
• Shouldn’t misuse company equipment, such as ships, drones, and corporate offices.
• Should respect all kinds of incorporeal property. This includes trademarks,
copyright and other property (reports, intelligence, etc.) Employees should use them
only to complete their job duties and not disperse them to unauthorised parties or use
them to engage in insider trading.
Employees should protect company facilities (eg. structures) and other material property (eg.
NADSC planetary vehicles) from damage and vandalism, whenever possible.
Professionalism
Personal appearance
All employees must wear NADSC-issued uniforms at the request of their superiors.

We discourage employees from accepting gifts from Nadire constituents, pirates, or allies. We
prohibit briberies for the benefit of any external or internal party.
NADSC has no mandatory activity requirements. Employees who wish to take an extended
leave of absence are encouraged to contact their appropriate leadership but not required.
• Conflicts of interest

capability or willingness to perform their job duties. This includes participation in factional
warfare. Employees who experience conflicts of interest are encouraged to recuse themselves or
notify their superiors.

orperations or present obstacles to their colleagues’ work. Awoxing is prohibited.
