PERSONAL STATEMENT

I'm a 25 year-old copy and content writer and I have a passion for all sorts of verbal communications. Having done my studies in Sir JJ Institute
of Applied Art, my elective knowledge combined with my love for words, gives me a design edge.

With 6 months of experience working on copy and generating textual content for brands, I now aim to be a part of some rigorous copywriting
projects and campaigns. Brainstorming concepts with words has always driven me. Reading and writing is both, a passion and meditation.

MY THOUGHTS ON ADVERTISING

I see the field of advertising as a medium through which one gets to impact the lifestyles of both, consumers and creators alike. It continues
to shape our world whether we like it or not, and that is what intrigues me. Reaction, change and impact all at once! Governing a consumer’s
daily life with an invisible hold, advertising is influencing popular cultures, our on going trends, and traditional practices.

We partnered with India’s most valued logistics start-up to successfully reposition it as a technology and
data-driven company that is transforming logistics in India – making it human, faster and safer. We helped
RIVIGO craft a new and improved Vision 2020, restructure its brand architecture, and revise its identity
system, in sync with the new positioning. Over the years, our efforts have been instrumental in helping
RIVIGO become a more user friendly brand, providing quick, transparent and reliable deliveries, while
improving the lives of its delivery men - the truck drivers of India, aka Rivigo Pilots.

We led Gyan, one of the leading dairy companies of Uttar Pradesh, through a transformational journey of
rebranding, repositioning it as a responsible and farmer-conscious brand. We overhauled the brand’s identity
system in coherence with its new ideology. We revamped a number of touchpoints including product
packaging, digital experience, branding of factory and retail outlets, to enlist a major few. Our efforts have
also helped Gyan build a positive internal culture with better alignment and improved outcomes, across all
departments. The consistently engaging content that we devise for its social media channels helps the brand
keep its online and offline presence alive. Our pilot campaign for the acclaimed ‘UP Yoddha’, during
Pro-Kabaddi League 2017, played a pivotal role in helping Gyan enhance its reach and visibility.

Nutty Gritties, with our help, repositioned itself as ‘a premium brand of dry fruits since 1887’,
drawing on the 131-year-old legacy of its parent brand, DRB Foods. We imagined a distinctive
personality for Nutty Gritties and its offerings, helping it make the shift from a mass affluent brand
to a premium brand serving lovingly crafted dry fruits. Overhauling the brand architecture, we
defined 3 unique product categories - NG Basics, NG Exotics and Limited Edition. We assisted
Nutty Gritties in building a warm and caring company culture by introducing a fresh set of core
values with new brand guidelines, reflective of its young and healthy personality. We also
introduced a premium, rich and vibrant packaging standard for the brand’s retail packaging.

We repositioned Tacfab as a ready-to-stitch and ready-to-wear ethnic wear brand for
today’s women of substance. The brand tagline, “Celebrating the woman of today”, is
crafted to celebrate her personality and her indomitable spirit. We fashioned a new
brand architecture for Tacfab and re-imagined the brand’s signature style. We brought it
to life by stitching a branding system that would help the company drive demand and
scale up its operations. Along with its manifestations and marketing solutions, we
redesigned and upgraded Tacfab’s in-store and digital experiences.

Winning THREE TRANSFORM AWARDS this year for Excitel, Brands of Desire (BoD) takes immense
pride in revolutionizing a young and vibrant internet service brand. The brand won a Gold for Best use
of copy style/tone of voice, two Bronze, one, for Best brand development project and another, for Best
visual identity. Repositioning it in the internet service market that is increasingly and endlessly
commoditized, we helped Excitel become a candid, energetic and a youth-centric brand, by
overhauling its verbal and visual identity guidelines. We helped the brand strengthen its relationships
with local cable operators, aligning them with a new brand purpose and positioning, that consequently
created a culture of trust and motivation within the organization.

Cosmo Films Limited, headquartered in New Delhi (India) manufactures bi-axially oriented
polypropylene films (BOPP) for packaging, label, lamination and industrial applications. We helped
Cosmo Films revive its positioning and the process of brand building. We upgraded its visual and
verbal guidelines in order to ensure brand consistency across diverse media, at par with its
international competitors. Brands of Desire (BoD) helped the organisation itself in a holistic manner
by promoting its participation across various media. We helped in generating equity by introducing
product branding and marketing strategy for two distinct products which resulted in new and
profitable sales margins and a premium image for the corporate brand.
