The undersigned respectfully states that copies of this pleading were


served upon the other parties and filed by Registered Mail with return card
by reason of far distance and lack of sufficient messengerial services which
renders personal service and filing hereof impracticable. This explanation is
made pursuant to Section 11, Rule 13 of the Rules of Court.
