    to appeal, as it does hereby appeal, the decision rendered by
    this Honorable Court dated May 2, 2018, a copy of which it
    received on May 6, 2018, for the reason that the decision is
    contrary to law and to the weight of the evidence adduced.

    This appeal is being taken to the Court of Appeals.
