    Present :
    There are fifteen (15) members were present.
    Absent:
    Five (5) were absent.

    RESOLUTION NO. 06-001


    Series of 2018

    A RESOLUTION ASKING THE APPROVAL ON THE SCHEDULE OF OATH


    TAKING CEREMONY AND ACQUAINTANCE PARTY ON JULY 6, 2018.

    Whereas, D.O. No. 47 series of 2001 created the constitution and By-laws of
    every public institution establishing Supreme Student Government (SSG) a non-
    academic organization of the school campus.

    Whereas, D.O. No. 49, states the rights and privileges of the Student, duties
    and responsibilities, which shall only take upon their assumption of duty.

    Whereas, the elected SSG officers of Malitbog National High school need to take
    their oath prior to their assumptions of duties.

    Whereas, the oath taking ceremony have been scheduled on July 26, 2018,
    following the assumption of their office.

    Whereas, prior to the program, the SSG should provide the student a raffle
    ticket as part of our fund raising activity as well as give them a chances of winning of
    the following prizes;

     First Prize: 1 unit of electric fan worth Php.1,000.00


     Second Prize: 1 unit of rice cooker worth Php. 800.00
     Third Prize: 1 unit of electric heater Php. 600.00
    Plus ten (10) consolation prizes worth Php. 200.00 each.

    Whereas, the tickets will be distribute to the students in the amount two (2)
    pesos each. And the collection process through their adviser.
    Whereas, disposals and collection of the said tickets and amount to be collected
    by the adviser and should be remitted to SSG treasurer.
    Whereas, the SSG treasurer will be the responsible of collecting the amount
    keep in her position.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Roxelyn Mavel Casa and duly seconded by


    Florie Ann A. Celajes and Angel Faith Dumapit.
