    The new OLTREMARE air peeling machine mod.

    COMBI 150 has been especially designed to


    remove the peel from cashew kernel through
    compressed air blows.

    The machine also separates whole from broken


    kernels.

    The kernel, coming out of the upstream machine


    called “Rocket”, is hit by compressed air blows
    which remove the peel.

    Three passes at most are necessary to get the most


    efficient peeling process.

    This process at the same time allows the best


    kernel handling, reduces breakages and improves
    hygienic conditions in processing.
