Q3 Performance Task
Instructions:
1. Select a business classified as a sole proprietorship, preferably
within the vicinity of the University of Baguio.
2. Conduct a simple interview using the guide questions below.
3. Document your interview to prove actual conduct of the same.
4. Prepare an infographic, containing the following:
I. Background of the Business (Include the type of business
according to activities)
II. Why is it classified a Sole Proprietorship? (Narrate based on
the circumstance of the business)
III. Results of Interview (Include diagram of operating cycle
based on the circumstance of the business)
IV. Reflection (What did you learn from the activity?)

5. Submit a printed output, short bond paper, no page limits.

INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:
Note: You may add other questions relevant to accomplishing the
output.
1. How long have you been operating your business?
2. Was it difficult to open/ start the business? If yes, what were the
difficulties/ challenges encountered?
3. Do you prepare any reports for your business? If yes, what are
these reports?
4. Let the owner/ representative narrate its operating cycle.
(Explain in layman’s terms what operating cycle is to obtain
appropriate information)
5. What is your advice to us, students, in case we want to put up
our own businesses in the future?
