I belong from Chennai. Our company is based in Chennai.
Humlog yahan odisha mein 2000 se aaj tak abhi kaam kar rahe hai.
We have been working in Odisha since 2000.
3 jagaho pe yahan humlog ka project chal raha hai.
Our projects are running in 3 locations around here.
Humara paas almost 50 - 52 vehicle running hai hamara paas.
We have almost 50-52 vehicles running.
Humara jo tipper hai woh coal mines mein kaam kar raha hai abhi.
Our tippers work in the coal mines.
Coal mines mein overburden removal ka contract hai humlog ka.
We work in coal mines to remove overburden.
Coal ke upar jo mitti rehta hai woh mitti nikalte hain humlog.
We remove the soil that is present on the coal.
Mitti coal se alag karke dump mein humlog usko daal dete hai.
We dump the soil after we have separated it from the coal.

Jo koyla wala woh koyla le leta hai aur jo mitti nikalne wala woh mitti nikal ke wahi kaam kar leta hai.
The people who need coal takes it and those who clean the soil, cleans it there only.
Same Chromate ka bhi wahi kaam hai. Udhaar bhi chromate bhi nikalta hai plus mitti bhi nikalta hai.
We work similarly for Chromate as well. Chromate comes out and so does the soil.
Udhar lead thoda zyada hai. 7-8 Km lead mein jaake usko girana padta hai.
The lead is further there. We have to go 7-8 km and dump it in the lid.
Ashok leyland company se humlog ek demo gaadi liya tha. Captain 3132. July mahine mein humlog ko
diya tha.
Ashok Leyland had given us a demo vehicle in July. Captain 3132.
Accha performance se usko nikala tha.
It gave us a very good performance.
Uska jo horsepower jo hai, 320 HP hai. Chadhai wadhai mein aacha chal jata tha.
It has a horse power of 320 HP and climb steeps easily.
Bohot hi improvement karke bada engine solve kar diya tha.
It has remarkable improvements in terms of a bigger engine.
Koi dikkat nahi tha. aaccha tha.
It had no problems. It ran well.
Driver ka bhi jo hai cabin wageda sab accha mazboot tha.
The driver cabin was designed well and was robust.

Cabin ka AC jo hai aacha hai usme. isliye driver ka bhi koi dikkat nahi hai. Sab se zyada comfortable hai.
The Cabin AC is very good. That is why the drivers face no issues. It’s the most comfortable for him.
Sabse badhiya jo hai isme, air-condition ka cabin hai.
The AC cabin is one of the best things in the truck.
Bohot majboot hai cabin jo driver ka gaddha ooddha mein neeche jaake aane se bhi unko tired nahi
lagta tha,bhaut acha hai yeh
The cabin is firm and strong. It’s so good that even after coming in and out of depths and holes, the
driver doesn’t feel tired.
companey ka jo carring capacity tha vo 31 ton ka hai, iska 50 52 57 tak iska wazan karke cahlaya isko koi
dikkat nahi thi chdai m bhi acche se chada.
The company’s carrying capacity is up to 31 tons. However, we ran it under 50, 52 and even 57 tons. We
faced no problems and the truck could go up slopes easily.
iska engine jo h perfomanse bahut accha hai.
Its engine performance is very good.

dusra jo h SCR usme mantainence bhot lag jati hai
We liked the iEGR system that Ashok Leyland has fitted in the truck. It requires very low maintenance
compared to SCR which requires more maintenance.
ek example jo hai 100000 rs jo hai mujhe usme kharcha ho raha tha iegr m aisa koi kharcha nahi hai
For example, earlier where I was spending Rs. 100000, I had to spend nothing at all with iEGR.
10 gaadi mere pass hai jime mujhe 1000000 ka mujhe fayda ho jata hai/.
I have 10 vehicles from which I earn a profit of 1000000.

major jo issue hota hai to wait karna padta hai nahi hone se sab accha support hai,sab kuch hai
In case of major issues we do have to wait a bit longer but the support is very good.
parts availablty hai bhi hai local jo stores may bhi milta hai ,Bada piece jo nahi hai to bahar se
mangwate hai
Ashok Leyland’s parts are easily available across local stores. When bigger parts are not available, they
are ordered from outside.

We are liking the service support and all the other support facilities very much.

Ashok Leyland’s Captain 3132 is a very good vehicle.

Jo Indian ek company jo hai usne 320 horse power ka gaadi oosne banaya jo banaya hai bhot accha laga
hai.
We are proud of the fact that an Indian company has built a vehicle with 320 Horse power.

Its very good that such vehicles have been introduced and are operating in India.
bahar market se log aake bhot mehnga dete hai
People from international markets sell at highly expensive prices.
ye indian ki vehicle hai bhaut ache naional level par.

It is highly suitable for everybody.
isliye mera sugetion sab indian ko yahi hai ki ye gaadi use karenge ham log to accha rahega.
