MAS Ultra School Edition - Designed specifically for high school libraries, MAS Ultra School Edition contains
full text for hundreds of popular high school magazines covering a wide-range of subject areas including
history, science, careers, and more. MAS Ultra School Edition also provides full text for tens of thousands of
biographies and primary source documents, hundreds of reference books (including the Columbia
Encyclopedia and the CIA World Fact Book), an Image Collection containing photos, maps, flags, and color
PDFs, and expanded full-text backfiles (back to 1975) for key magazines .
Primary Search provides full text for more than 70 popular, magazines for elementary school research. All full
text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles), and full text information
dates as far back as 1990.
Funk and Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia - This database provides over 25,000 encyclopedic entries
covering a variety of subject areas.

Dr. Lagrada discussed relevant issues concerning both parties, and suggested
solutions on pressing matters. More importantly, he highlighted how collaboration
can positively impact the library services and faculty instruction and eventually help
students reached the course desired outcomes and satisfy their information needs.
The event was made possible by the leadership of our Chief Librarian, Mrs. Corazon
B. Monroy, and efforts from the professional Librarians, and staff of the Library
Department.

The results of the Library Users Program set for incoming
Survey 2015 is out. OLFU freshmen
The Library Department will be conducting
its 2nd Library Orientation Program for
Freshmen students of the university starting
on the 4th week of June 2015 and will run
for three weeks. The Library Orientation
Program is specifically aimed at informing
freshmen students about the OLFU
Library—its rules and regulations, library
entitlements and services, and how to find
materials at the library. For more
