Subject: 2018/2019 ME 521: B. ENG. PROJECT PROPOSAL/APPROVAL OF TOPICS

The above subject matter has been slated for Wednesday, December 12th, 2018. The Supervisors
are therefore expected to agree on topics with their Supervisees and endorse their
manuscripts/extended abstracts before the scheduled date. Tabulated are your supervisees, the
examining staff groups together with the venues and the final year student groupings together
with the scoring scheme. Find also attached the tentative schedule for the project year. Find also

Our specifications: font is Times New Roman size 12, line spacing is 1.5, left and right margins
1½ in, top and bottom margins 1 in, citation/referencing is APA style and typing is justify-
aligned. Other specifications can be found in the "Format to be adopted for reporting
undergraduate project". Final Project report should not be more than 50pages (excluding only
supplementary attachments).

The resolutions, comments and recommendations of examiners are expected to be recorded

against every candidate by a member of the examining groups.

Within one week after this event, the soft copies of the averaged scores should be forwarded by
the GAs to the email "chigbogu.ozoegwu@unn.edu.ng" or copied to the coordinator in flash
drive and the raw copies of individual scores handed over, for faster collation. Thank you.
