What about Simple past?

• It’s used to express experiences from the past.


• To talk about something that was true for some time in the past.
• To talk about something that happened again and again in the
past
• The situations finished in the past.
• There are some ADVERBS to recognize the simple past.

• It’s easy to find the past tense expression after WHEN


• We often use phrases with ago with the past tense

How do I say NO !! in past?

• Look at the examples:

• I didn’t feed my cats last week


• I didn’t water my roses
• I didn’t pay the rent last month
• You must use DID + NOT (DIDN’T) to express a negative situation in PAST

• I did not go to school = I didn’t go to school

• I did not eat anything = I didn’t eat anything

• I did not get a good mark = I didn’t get a good mark

very funny, and had a lot of fun together. We went to the swimming
pool and when had some drinks at the pool. I took some beers and
my mom eat some cake, is so boring.

• I had a great trip last month. We have a lot of fun in Brazil, stayed at a
hotel with my friends, the hotel didn’t had a swimming pool, so, we
swam at the ocean only. We cost 100 dollars per day. Thanks god I
had more money to spend the rest of the week. Anyway, was an
awesome experience. I want to go back again.
