 INTRODUCTION

1. BASIC UNIT AND CABINET

The basic unit shall be fabricated out of 18 to 20 gauge galvanized steel. The e
cabinet units are insulated with 10mm polythene foam. The unit shall have a 1
inch return air duct collar at the rear side of the unit. Unit will have channel base
se
placed across the width at the bottom of the unit for hanging purpose.

The return plenum, fan deck and the top of the coil section shall be lined with
10mm coated Polyethylene (PE) Foam.

The fan motor shall be easily removable for serviceability. A terminal box with h

terminal strip shall be provided for terminating the wiring. On ceiling concealed
units with plenum, the filter shall be easily removable from either side or thehe
back.

2. COIL
The coil consists of 3/8” OD seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to cooling coil
fins for maximum heat transfer. Each coil comes with manual air vent at the highest point
of coil.

Coils shall be 4-rows or 6-rows with aluminium fins as standard. Coils shall be factory leak
tested at 350 psig (2400kPa) and suitable for working pressures up to 250psig (1700kPa).

3. MOTOR AND DRIVE PACKAGE

TEFC Motors foot mounted shall be three phase with 380-415V for 50Hz
application. Drive package supplied as factory standard.

The motor is IP55 with class F insulation as standard. Motor bearing shall be self
lubricated sealed for life.

4. FAN
Fans shall be double width, double inlet centrifugal forward-curved type. Fan
wheel shall be statically and dynamically balanced for smooth quiet operation.
Fan wheels and housings shall be galvanized steel. All units shall have one
motor and one fan.

The discharge orientation is rear horizontal for standard unit. The blower
discharge will have 1” collar for duct connection.

5. ACCESS DOOR
Two access door provided at blower section with one of each side.

6. DRAIN PAN
Drain pans shall be fabricated of 20 gauge Electro-Galvanized (EG) steel with external surfaces insulated with 10mm polyethylene
(P.E.) foam fire class rated to ensure maximum protection against condensation. Drain connection shall be 1¼” OD, non-threaded.

7. FILTERS
Nominal 1-inch thick washable flat filters of 75% - 80% arrestance supplied
as standard item.

• Stainless steel casing. • Epoxy polyester powder coating casing.
• Casing insulation (20mm thick of PE foam). • Extended drain pan.
• Supply grille. • Double skin PU panel (17mm / 25mm / 50mm)

Blower & Motor

• Adjustable drive package. • IP 56 motor.
• 60Hz motor application (230V,380V,400V,440V,460V). • Direct driven application.
