Job responsibilities:
 Supervision of Ductile Iron Pipe installation work by Open Cut method.
 Supervision of Steel casing pipe installation on undercrossing by HDD method.

 Supervision of HDPE Pipe Installation by HDD method.

 To reduce NRW in a significant amount by using sophisticated technological

gadgets.
 To clarify conflicts about water pipe position, materials and pipe diameter.
 To clarify conflicts between the collected drawings and field verification survey.
 To identify exact position of every underground utility especially water pipeline
as CWASA do not have their own digitalize pipeline network map.
 To enhance the work capacity by giving some training program.

 To make quotation for new works – calculate the total amount of concrete,
steel, blocks, sands, aggregates, paints, tiles, marbles, interlocks, doors,
windows etc.
 To make sub drawings of steel (bar bending schedule)
And shuttering works for the easy understanding by mason and helper.
 Supervision of different steps of works – Demarcation, Excavation, Road
base, Lay-out, PCC, footing (Single, Combined, Raft & etc.), Short column, Tie
beam, Column, Slab, Lift core, Parapet, Stairs, False Ceiling, Blocks (Hollow,
Solid), Plaster, Paints, Tiles, Interlock, Marbles, Door & Window Fitting,
Compound Wall, Septic Tank etc.- as per drawing.
 Generate job orders for works, Spot Check facilities and take corrective action.
 Preparation of Project Status Report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
 To make the work schedule of different projects starting from mobilization to
handover.
 To make the budget of materials on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
 To make project wise estimate of materials and to check the supply of materials
according to the progress of works and also to checkup the progress of works
according to work schedule.
 To coordinate with consultants, Clients and Government Departments.
