    Greetings! Please take notice of the meeting/conference relative to the


    above-cited subject matter which will be held on ______________ at 9:30
    A.M. at the Conference Room of Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources
    Regional Office No. VII, Arellano Blvd., Cebu City.

    In the conduct thereof, you are hereby required to bring with you
    documentaries, official records or otherwise that will help establish claims
    and/or defense/s of the parties and make the pieces of evidence which ought
    to be presented available by then. Further, the details of a settlement offer will
    be discussed, as well as other administrative settlement which may be availed
    of based on Rule 131.2 IRR of RA No. 8550, as amended by RA No. 10654.
    Notice is hereby made that the failure on the part of any above-named
    party to do so will be considered a waiver of such right to appear, and the
    opportunity to be heard with regard to this particular subject matter will be
    deemed waived.

    FAIL NOT UNDER PENALTY OF LAW.
