TVS-5000 – Armstrong Trap Valve Station

Armstrong TVS-5000 is designed as a one-piece body

equipped with piston valve(s) combined with a
removable steam trap (inverted bucket, thermostatic
bimetallic or capsule, float & thermostatic, controlled
disc type) mounted with a connecting flange.

The compact design of the TVS-5000 allows quick and

easy steam trap test and/or replacement.

The TVS-5000 functions provide the benefits of space

and cost savings, leakage prevention and easy
maintenance.

Armstrong TVS-5000 is available with ½” - ¾” NPT,

BSPT and SW connections.

TVS-5000 Pressure / Temperature Rating:

Trap Valve Station Pressures and capacities (depending on the steam
trap mounted on the Trap Valve Station)

- Maximum Allowable Pressure: 45 barg

- Maximum Allowable Temperature: 315°C
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 45 barg
- Maximum Hydrostatic Pressure: 68 barg
