In addition to above, we hereby undertake to pay any charges due towards services rendered by FedEx
Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Pvt Ltd

We understand & are aware that the duty amount informed to us is estimated amount as Indian
Customs is yet to complete the assessment of the shipment. We confirm to pay the exact amount due as
per the invoice raised by FedEx Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Pvt Ltd based on duties
and taxes charged by statutory bodies as per their assessment.

The amount payable to “FedEx Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Pvt Ltd” shall be paid in
the form of cash /draft at the time of delivery of shipment.
