ROCKIN’ THE Q: The Cavs sold out all 41 regular season home games in 2015-16, the third time in franchise history the team has accomplished that feat (2009-10 and 2014-15). To date,
including regular season (381) anasAd playoffs (52), there have been 433 sellouts at The Q and 99 consecutive sellouts (regular season and playoff games only, dating back to 10/30/14).
From the last 29 games from the 2008-09 season to January 21, 2011 (including seven 2009 playoff games and six in 2010), the Cavs sold out 102 consecutive games at The Q.
The Cavs opened the 2015-16 season at Quicken Loans Arena on Oct. 30 against the Miami Heat, which was their 11th straight home opener sellout.
Cleveland also filled up the arena in all 10 home games during the 2015 Playoffs.

JAMES JONES NAMED RECIPIENT OF AUSTIN CARR GOOD GUY AWARD: CLEVELAND, OH - April 12, 2016 - Cavaliers forward James Jones is the recipient of the 11th annual
Austin Carr Good Guy Award, presented by the local chapter of the Pro Basketball Writers Association (PBWA). The award, named after Cavaliers legend Austin Carr, is designed to recognize a
Cavaliers player who is cooperative and understanding of the media. Jones, 35, is in his second year with the Cavaliers. He has appeared in 47 games this season, averaging 3.6 points while
shooting 40 percent from 3-point range. A second-round pick of the Indiana Pacers in 2003, Jones also serves as the secretary-treasurer for the NBA Players Association.
Carr, who played nine seasons with the Cavaliers, was the No. 1 pick of the 1971 NBA Draft by Cleveland and was selected by 32 membe rs of the media in Northeast Ohio to the Cavaliers All-Time
Starting Five during the Cavaliers 30th anniversary season in 1999-2000. He is now the television analyst for FOX Sports Ohio and the team's Director of Community and Business Development.
The award, which is presented annually, was voted upon by the local writers in Cleveland's chapter of the Pro Basketball Writers Association.
