BROAD CONSIDERATIONS

Our offer is based on following considerations:

1. For Offshore scope our offer is limited to Topside Modification work only.

2. Split of Responsibilities will be as shown at Annexure- 2.

3. All Project materials inclusive of Structural, Piping, Paint, Insulation


Instruments, Cable etc., will be supplied by DAS OFFSHORE.

4. Third Party expenses at all stages will be direct responsibility of DAS


OFFSHORE.

5. For welding Procedure and welders’ qualification material as Free-issue


will be given by DAS OFFSHORE well in advance to carry out required
tests and procedures.

6. Hydro test at site will be limited to top-side work only. Scope will not
get extended to pipe-line testing.

7. No under- water work will be in the scope of OMTECH.

8. Vendor mobilization for DCS/PLC/GD/TIC system and SDP will be done by


DAS OFFSHORE at their Cost.

9. All pre-Fabricated piping spools, Piping hardware and loose material,


Insulation material, E&I material will be supplied to us at Offshore. Octroi
and clearance agency charges will be to DAS OFFSHORE’s account. Port
clearance and loading arrangement on Vessel will be arranged by DAS
OFFSHORE.

10. We have not considered our contribution towards Drawing approvals,


Preparations of Purchase Specifications or participation in the drawing
reviews.

11. Isometric drawings and fabrication drawings will be provided to us as free


issue.
12. Insurance by OMTECH during offshore and will be limited to statutory
insurance of OMTECH operatives and Tools-tackle of OMTECH. No other

insurance will be taken by OMTECH.

13. Project Material insurance will be taken by DAS OFFSHORE.

14. Our invoices will be payable along with GST prevailing at the time
of invoicing.

15. It is considered that flow of pre fabricated material will be ensured


by DAS OFFSHORE so that there is no idle man hour at offshore.

16. For Demolished material / Scrap, OMTECH responsibility will be


limited to removal and placing on the DAS OFFSHORE supplied
vessel at regular intervals. After loading on the vessel further
responsibility will be with DAS OFFSHORE or their nominated
agency.

17. Price includes the quantum of work as indicated below.

Any quantum above the quantities mentioned will individually attract unit rates.

19 We have considered single mobilization for the proposed platforms and


provided platform wise project execution plan and Manpower deployments
are detailed in the separate Annexure to this proposal., however actual
sequence will differ based on final plan of DAS OFFSHORE.
