    Aurora Bautista Quicho, one of the competent1 people of
    California, in this court of record to ratify the pleadings and

    County of Los Angeles, People vs. Quicho, case number ZM007928.
    Further, any actors or acts purporting to be in behalf of Aurora
    Bautista Quicho shall be deemed without foundation and without
    authorization.

    RATIFICATION

    2 COMES NOW AURORA BAUTISTA QUICHO, ONE OF THE COMPETENT2 PEOPLE


    OF CALIFORNIA, IN THE ABOVE-ENTITLED COURT OF RECORD and reviews
    the pleadings, papers, and rulings bearing her signature and seal
    in the above-entitled court of record and at the special courts
    commonly known as Superior Court of California, County of Los
    Angeles, People vs. Quicho, case number YA058902; and Superior
    Court of California, County of Los Angeles, People vs. Quicho,
    case number ZM007928. Finding that the said pleadings, papers,
    and rulings are in order and acceptable, Aurora Bautista Quicho
    (in said competent state of mind) hereby ratifies each and all of
    said pleadings, papers, and rulings. Further, any actors or acts
    purporting to be in behalf of Aurora Bautista Quicho are deemed
    without foundation and without authorization.
