Good day!

I write to apply as an Office Staff in your good office because I believe that it will serve as an
open door for me for some greater experiences of training and learning that will help me widen
my knowledge about my field. So with great willingness, herewith in this letter is a fresh
graduate from Liceo de Cagayan University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology
enthused to apply as an Office Staff in your institution.

During my college days, I was taught and trained very well that we should exercise honesty and
due professional care in dealing with clients. I was also once a Junior Philippine Institute of
Accountants (JPIA) officer in our sub-organization. With that, despite of the hectic schedules
that I have and the challenges that I have faced in balancing my academics and my role as an
officer, I was able to manage my time well and been able to perform my duties effectively and
independently. The experience I had during my On-the-Job tarining has taught me a lot of things
which helped me prepare for the real world. . I proved to be an efficient, punctual, enthusiastic
and with a strong sense of leadership trainee. With a well-known institution like yours, I believe
that you are in seek of excellent employees to be a part of your team and I think that I can be one
of those.
