ARTICLE I
OFFICERS
Section 1. Election – Before the opening of every school year, the faculty and staff shall
formally organized through electing the President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary,
Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Auditor, Assistant Auditor, Business Manager, Assistant Business
Manager, and Public Information Officers.
Section 2. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the association. He or She
shall exercise the following:
a.) To preside the meetings of the association.
b.) To have general supervision and management of business affairs and association.
c.) To represent the association at all functions and proceedings.
d.) To make/inform reports to the officers.
e.) To perform such as other duties as related to his office or are entrusted to him by the
officers.
The President may assign the exercise or performance of any of the foregoing powers, duties
and functions to any other officer/s subject always to his supervision and control.
Section 3. The Vice President – In case of the absence of the President, The Vice President
shall immediately takeover. He/she automatically assume the suties and functions as President.
Section 4. Secretary and Asst. Secretary – The Secretary and Asst. shall be the custodian of
all records of the association. They shall be the recorders of the association’s formla actions and
transactions.
Section 5. Treasurer and Asst. Treasurer – The Treasurer and Asst. shall be the chief fiscal
officers and the custodian of all funds and property of the association.
Section 6. Auditor and Asst. Auditor – The Auditor and Asst. shall audit the funds of the
association. They shall formulate measures to insure transparency regarding funds and
expenditures of the association.
Section 7. Business Manager and Asst. Business Manager – The Business Manager and
Asst. shall take charge of all business of the association. They shall formulate measure and
provide support in carrying out these measures to ensure its implementation.
Section 8. Public Information Officers – The PIO shall take charge of the association’s
public information/ dissemination.
ARTICLE II
TERM OF OFFICE
Section 1. Term of Office – The term of office of all officers shall be for a period of 1 year
with re-election. Such officers may however be sooner remove for cause(s)

MEETINGS
Section 1. Regular Meetings – The meetings of officers shall be held at the Elementary
Building of Iloilo Sacred Heart School every 1st Friday of the Month, if a legal holiday, then on
Monday the following week.
Section 2. Special Meetings – The special Meetings of officers for any purpose or purposes
may anytime be called by any of the following: (a) FSA (b) ISHS Directress (c) Majority of the
Officers
ARTICLE V
Section 1. Wearing of Improper Attire during free day. Faculty and staffs that will violate
the said rule will have a sanction of P 50. 00.
Section2. Late Submission of Grading Sheets. Teachers that will pass the Grading Sheets
later than the given time will be paying P 500.00 as a sanction on the violation made.
Section 3. Late Submission of Test Questionnaire. Teachers who will be submitting Test
Questionnaire later than the given time will be the one to reproduce their own copy of the
examination for students.
ARTICLE VI
AMENDMENTS
Section 1. This by laws may be amended or repealed by the affirmation vote of majority
of the officers in the meeting called for that purpose.
Section 2. No amendment shall be made unless a written notice signed by the president
and the secretary including the proposed amendments have been given each member at least 5
days prior to the meeting.
ARTICLE VII
SEAL
Section 1. Form and Inscription – The ISHS FSA Seal shall be determined by the Board of
Directors.

ADOPTION CLAUSE
The forgoing by laws was adopted by all officers of Iloilo Sacred Heart School on

ARTICLE I
NAME
The club shall be known as "Faculty and Staff Association of Iloilo Sacred Heart School or FSA".
Article II.
OFFICE
Iloilo Sacred Heart School, Elementary Building is the office of the club.
Article III.
PURPOSE
Section 3. Uphold unity and cooperation among the members toward attaining of its
objectives.
Section 4. Develop a free and efficient work force with common interest and reasonable
degree of condition.
ARTICLE IV
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Only Faculty and Staff of Iloilo Sacred Heart School shall be member of the club.

EXECUTIVE BOARD
Section 1. Elective officers of the club shall constitute the executive board.
ARTICLE VII
ELECTION
Section 1. The members of the executive board shall be elected by members in a meeting
called for the purpose.
Section 2. The officers-elect shall take office immediately after the confirmation of their
election.
Section 3. The term of office shall be 1 year and no officer shall serve for more than two
consecutive terms in the same post.
Section 4. In the event of disqualification or resignation of an officer, the club may elect a
successor who shall serve for the unexpired term.

Section 1. No amendment shall be made to this constitution except at any meeting by a two-
thirds vote of the members present.
Section 2. No amendment shall be made unless a written notice signed by the president and
the secretary including the proposed amendments have been given each member at least 5 days
prior to the meeting.
ARTICLE XIII.
TRANSITORY PROVISION
Section 1. This constitution shall take effect immediately after the adoption and approval by a
majority of the members present in the meeting called for the purpose.
Section 2. The incumbent officers prior to the adoption of this constitution shall continue to
hold office until a new set of officers or successors shall have been duly elected.
