    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    of money or objects which are now or may hereafter become due to us by reason of
    the sale or transfer or disposition of the above-described properties; and for all money
    or objects received by virtue of these presents, issue and deliver proper receipt/s or
    acknowledgment and/or releases/quitclaims on our behalf, if necessary;
    4. To give my rightful shares of the proceeds thereof and to deposit the same in our
    account; and
    5. If applicable, to make payments for any incidental and necessary expenses incurred in
    relation to the foregoing

    power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
    and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as

    lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
