Dear Valued Customer,

Congratulations on your purchase of a remanufactured automatic transmission from (WIT) Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts, Inc.
Please read carefully. The following guidelines outline our warranty stipulations that are pertinent to your transmission purchase.

Whatever It Takes (WIT) remanufactured automatic transmissions carry a standard 12 month, unlimited mile warranty, which covers parts
replacement and shipping cost. This warranty does not cover Car Rental, Towing or other charges.

*THE LABOR RATE IS BASED ON MITCHELL’S LABOR & ESTIMATING GUIDE

All car rental and towing expense will only be paid with an original receipt and must be submitted with original claim.
Any expenses that exceed the coverage will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

WIT will provide, in the event of an APPROVED warranty claim, any parts necessary to repair the transmission.
Please be advised: it is the customer’s responsibility to retain their “Warranty Validation Certificate” in the event of a warranty claim.
*WARRANTY VALIDATION CERTIFICATE IS PROVIDED TO YOU

THIS WARRANTY IS CONSIDERED “IN EFFECT” FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

NO WARRANTY CLAIM WILL BE APPROVED UNLESS THE WARRANTY VALIDATION CERTIFICATE IS COMPLETED
AND RETURNED PRIOR TO WARRANTY INSPECTION, WHICH WILL BE MADE BY A QUALIFIED WIT
REPRESENTATIVE.

THE COST OF FLUID SHALL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

WIT WILL NOT PAY FOR LOSS OF USE, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF TIME, OR ANY OTHER INCONVENIECE DUE TO
THE WARRANTY CLAIM.

Other conditions which will void this warranty include, but are not limited to: Improper installation; including misalignment of torque converter
(pump damage), use of improper converter nuts/bolts, improper fluid usage or improper fluid level (WIT requires that customers use
manufacturer recommended fluid), improper modifications to the cooling system of the transmission, modifications to the vehicle (including
non factory ECM programming), racing, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, and or alteration of the transmission itself.
If external ATF cooler supplied has not been installed, where required. (Failure to return used cooler on any warranty claim)

TECHNICIAN INFORMATION

Transmission oil cooler flushing is a MUST!

If the transmission failed catastrophically,

the transmission oil cooler(s) should be replaced.

Be sure converter is fully seated into transmission…

it may have slipped out during shipment.

Converter bolt length and torque are critical to prevent warping

or other damage to the converter clutch. Always use the correct bolt/
correct torque for every application.

Be sure to exchange any external components on the transmission

before returning core.

Correct fluid application is a MUST! Be sure to always

follow manufacturing recommendations on fluid type for each
transmission.
