1. Brief to be provided by the Manager (to include TA and email message) – 30 mins
2. MOM to be sent out after

LSQ Setup
1. Request to be submitted over email for any 3rd party integration required with LSQ.
2. All parameters regarding integration will be discussed between LSQ admins and the tech team.
3. After discussion with the vendor a tentative timeline will be shared with the Manager.
Lead generation
FB ads
1. Request to be submitted ideally at the start of every month in the format to be shared with the
manager. To include – TG, Content idea, Budget, Lead information to be captured and any other
points.
2. Ad copy to be created and finalized – 2 hours
3. Ad design to be created and finalized – 4 - 24 hours depending on Praveen/Kiran’s availability
4. Ad publication – 30 min
5. Report in 3 days
