Project description:
1. Spring Clean-up in May as weather permits.
Includes: removal of leaves and debris from around all buildings, curbs, walkways and
steps. Including around Rock beds and shrubs. Repair any damaged irrigation heads due
to snowplowing. Clearing any accumulated sand from behind curb lines, repairing
damaged sod by plowing operation.
3. Lawn Mowing at 3”, Trimming, Weed Whipping and Blowing every week.
4. Snow Plowing open ups begins at 1.5” inches. Full push for 1.5” -6”will be completed
within 12 hours after event is done. Includes a maximum of 15 events. Choice of equipment
will be discussed if proposal is accepted. Snow will be removed from Driveways, front of
garage doors, walkways and placed in designated stockpile areas. A credit of $350 per
event if under 10 events will be given, Over 15 events will be billed hourly at $95 per hour.
Monthly Maintenance fee for described services (plus tax when applicable)
Proposal Includes:
*Spring and fall cleanups and removals.
*Weekly lawn maintenance and mowing at 3”. 2” on final fall mowing.
*Blowing, weed whipping & trimming around all structures.
*Snow shoveling and Plowing hard surfaces up to 15 events.
*Sprinkler Repair to damaged units from plowing
*Copy of 2 Million dollar Insurance Umbrella
Proposal Does Not Include:
*Tree and shrub trimming, Sprinkler installation, winterization.
*Salting or Sanding is extra at $95 per hour plus material cost.
*Dethatching, Aeration is extra at $95 per hour
*Fertilization/weed control is extra at $95 per hour plus material cost.

This notice is to advise you of your rights under the Minnesota Law in connection with the improvement to your property. Any
person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement may file a lien against your property if that person or company
has not been paid for the contributions. Under Minnesota Law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for
this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price or withhold the amounts due them from us until 120 days
after completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied any labor or materials for the
improvement and who gave you a timely notice.
