    -Tinea corporis (body ringworm), tinea cruris (itchy athlete) and tinea pedis (water flea) caused
    by Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, or Trichophyton rubrum
    -Tinea versicolor or tinea versicolor caused by Malassezia furfur or Pityrosporum ovale
    -Treatment of skin candidiasis caused by Candida albicans
