the period from January 17, 2017 to February 23, 2017, for the reasons: 1) The contractor can only work during
weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) as per agreement with the director so as not to disrupt/interrupt the operations
of the office. 2) Material specifications are not commercially available in the local market but directly
purchase/order to manufacturers.
