    I Daniel M. Balibrea, 4th year irregular student of CE Department requesting for your approval to take in
    this semester the course of CE 409 (Structural Theory 2) and CE 404 (Structural Theory 1) simultaneously
    due to its pre-requisite.

    I have already taken pre-requisite of CE 409 which is CE 404 but failed to pass last semester. I really need
    to take it for my RCD (CE 502) next semester and to become a regular 5th year student.

    I am aware of the consequences of enrolling courses simultaneously that when the enrolled pre-req
    subject fails, the enrolled with it is also fail.
