    A. 500KV Switching Station Moro


    Supervised the testing of following mentioned switch yard equipments according to
    Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Reports.

    HV & Neautral Bushing (Insulation Resistance test, C&DF test)
    HV & Neutral Bushing CTs (Polarity, Ratio and Winding Resistance test)
    Oil Filling & Dehydration

    Supervised the foundations concrete, erections, inspections and stringing works of 500 KV
    Transmission lines.

    In addition to above also assist Camp Incharge for making Daily Progress Reports, Monthly
    progress charts, verification of contractor invoices, making monthly imprest and attending
    meetings with Client/Contractor.

    2. Name of the Employing Agency Nishat Mills Limited Lahore.

    Period of Assignment April-2014 to November-2015

    Responsibilities included

     Worked on Energy conservation project in Nishat Mills Limited Lahore


     Reduce utility consumption (steam and water) up to 10%
     Collecting Energy conservation data and its implementation
     Preparation of BOQ, calculating payback time and Annual savings
     Regular analyzing of utility consumption
     Identify and order materials required in a work order coordinate with material unit to get it,
    tag and place materials in staging area
     Supervision Of Troubleshooting, Repairing and maintenance work
     Documentation of Maintenance work and Other Related Projects
     Supervised a team of electricians responsible for tray installation, earthing and making off
    circuits in distribution boards
     Trained and managed employees, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and maintenance
    of high quality service standards expected by management

     Worked on 3 Toyodenki make generators (2*3.75MVA,6.25MVA) having brushless


    excitation
     Parallel operation of three turbo-generators by the use of synchronizing panels
     Cable types and bus bar sizing
     Power factor improvement
     Monitor work in progress. Coordinate with foreman and operations staff to ensure that work
    can be completed on time
     Review drawings, history and other pertinent information of equipment that this unit
    maintains
     Load management as per the demand and production
     Synchronizing TG with Grid and Diesel generator both as per the requirement
     Active participation in periodical shutdown/general maintenance work
