(from 05 - 35 tones). Since past 16 years and is specialized in AUTOMOTIVE MOULDS for
INTERIOR PARTS, EXTERIOR PARTS & LIGHTING SYSTEM. Company is ISO 9001–2008
Certificated. Customers of CTMIL are GENERAL MOTORS, TOYOTA, HONDA, MERCEDES-
BENZ,BMW, AUDI, SKODA, RENAULT, NISSAN, BHARATBENZ, MARUTI SUZUKI, FORD,

 Design and created part drawing, assembly drawing including bill of materials and
detail drawings with application of GD & T for manufacturing.
 Designed Fixture to avoid Warpage, Assembly & Testing.
 Followed project from beginning to the end of the manufacturing processes to
ensure there were no conflicts.
 Present at the time of first Trial of Product on Molding Machine & Observe various
difficulties and solved on next Trial.
 Participating in design & project reviews internally as well as with customer.
 Follow up & track the present status of projects in Manufacturing Department on
the weekly development meeting.

engineering change note.
 To update all related documents related to Moulddesign. ForExample, Data confirm
sheet, shrinkage sign-off sheet, ejection Sign-off etc.
 Preparation of general arrangement drawings, Bill of Materials.
 Good Knowledge of GD & T and different Drawings standards.
 Well-developed and effective Communication and Problem-Solving Techniques.
 Input review & feasibility study for all products development including ECN
implementations.
 Co-ordination with the clients regarding designs, 3D models, Modifications & new
development.
 Making RFQ (ready for quotation) for new part development and modifications.
 Making a Process Plan, Method plan for design & manufacturing injection Mould for new
Components.

 Study the input for project, Understanding the requirements of customer, concept building
& Estimating the job.
 Worked for different projects, with different capacities in close association with designing
and engineering team.
 Handling for cavity & core full Mould and total Mould detailing & my Responsibly Mould tiles
injection Mould customer approves no of cavity (top plate electrode design type plate types
operation total feedback customer &Mould type tool cost etc.
 Concept design from customer input data.
 Final 3D modeling and detailing as per the customer requirement.
 Model and drawing quality checkup.
 Tool and product design planning
 Material selection as per the performance of the part.
 Managing product database as per CTMIL STD. and customers’ requirements.
 Complete wall thickness verification on the plastics front cover critical sections accordance
with input Drawing.
 Complete runner layout and Mould flow analysis in plastics adviser.
 Complete Mould cooling layout.
 Preparation of Sign off sheet as per the CTMIL standards.
 Design review meeting with the onsite team (CTMIL) for design clarifications.
 Preparation of Bill of Material, Material Indent, Issue of documentation and releasing to
manufacturing department.
 Hands on experience on designing of injection Moulds.
 Two plates and three plates Moulds with sliders and side core mechanisms.
 Knowledge on plastic material.
 Good knowledge on engineering drawings.
