Air Grills Round and Rectangular
Aurora’s Air Grills have horizontal fixed air guide vanes that can be used in both air intake and outtake applications. The
grills are designed to allow for different filtration elements in order to keep all foreign and unwanted objects out of the
air circulation system. The grills come in several sizes and shapes, and some also have pegged inserts for easier
installation with various filtration options.

Round Louvers RD83 w/ 90° Adaptors
Aurora also has 90° adaptors for ducting connections that are hard to reach. These adaptors are paired up with two
different louvers. Firstly, the 334-220-0162 has a 100mm diameter converting to a 55mm connection at the back end.
This louver is a sleek grill design that allows constant airflow with great distribution. Secondly, the 334-220-0163 is our
standard 83mm diameter louver with 360° flap rotation for optimal airflow in any direction. This adaptor also converts
to a 55mm connection at the back end.

Round Louvers RD 100 Nexus Louver
The Nexus Louver is ideal for areas where clip fixation is problematic. Whether the cutout surface is too uneven for clip
fixations, or too fragile for screw fixation, the Nexus is the perfect solution. With 0.5 – 8 mm fixation ranges, it can fit into
almost any headliner, dash, or panel, and solve prior fixation problems. The fixation technology uses the screw’s torque
to tighten the pinching arms against the louver, without any screw holes, clip features, or adhesives. The 360 degree
rotation of the louver provides maximum air flow in any direction.

CAN Controller HCP-Mini
The HCP-mini is a standalone CAN I/O module to connect various sensors and actuators of an air conditioning unit. The
communication with the control unit (and possibly other I/O modules) takes places by a CAN-bus interface. The
connection to a vehicle CAN bus can be realized by an optional CAN interface. The controller can be used in vehicles with
12V or 24V voltage and the installation is carried out via four screw points. By the potted PCB-board and the sealed
